The questioner, the present is good! Be grateful for the encounter.

Your description made it clear to me that you are in pain and confused. I am here to support you.

Let's talk about this topic together.

1. Know your needs.

In this state, you will likely feel a lack of worth, a sense of being unneeded, a lack of purpose in life, a lack of achievement, an emptiness, a lack of goals, and a general sense of being lost.

You must feel valued and appreciated, recognized and accepted, held up and guided, and understood and tolerated.

Tell yourself this: everyone will experience this state in their lives. It's a part of life, and it's telling us something.

2. Accept yourself, no matter what.

This period of time is like walking into a black hole in life. Internally, you will experience fear, panic, despair, and a sense of worthlessness. You will also feel hopelessness, which is the lowest point in life. Allow and accept yourself to have such a period of time. Treat yourself gently, get along well with such a self, believe that there is always a window open, and that there will always be light coming in. Give yourself more time, and hang in there a little longer.

This part of you may make you feel miserable, but it is also part of the complete you. You will get through this period of time, and when you encounter another difficult moment in the future, you will remember your strength and perseverance. You will have an inner belief: I have come through even more difficult times, so I can get through this.

This is the light within you, and your existence is meaningful.

3. Go out.

Change your environment. Experience different landscapes and cultures. Get in touch with different lives and cultures. Open up your own circle and yourself. You will have a different harvest and experience.

You can volunteer at a nursing home, visit children in an orphanage, or even give those in need a little financial support. You will feel that you still have a lot of meaning and value in this world. Your very existence motivates many people to continue living and moving forward.

I remember a video of a boy standing blindfolded on the side of the road, where all the strangers who pass by can come over and he will give a warm hug. It is just such a hug that warms many people and allows many people to continue walking.

Take this time for yourself. Be kind to yourself. Record three things every day that move and inspire you. Affirm and appreciate yourself. Love yourself. You are alive, and that is meaningful.

If you are still confused, you can talk to a platform listener or professional counselor.

I am confident that my answer will be helpful to you, and I wish you the best!

Hello. From your description, it is clear that you are experiencing a conflict and feeling helpless.

As a psychological counselor, I am going to share my understanding from a psychological perspective.

You don't know the meaning of life or what you want.

It's painful when you don't know what you want, what you want to express, or what will make you happy.

You don't say much, but I can tell you don't accept yourself and don't feel a sense of self-existence or self-worth.

This is a depressed state that requires self-awareness, reflection, or assessment and diagnosis by a professional medical institution.

First, understand yourself. This sense of worthlessness is likely caused by something that has activated your internal trauma, leaving you powerless and devastated. It is likely that you are usually unable to solve problems, and the excessive accumulation of problems in a repressed manner has triggered low mood, inner confusion, and pain.

Second, accept yourself. We all have limitations, but we can learn, communicate, exchange ideas, and find good resources to help us grow. When we encounter conflicts and contradictions, we can find our own solutions and learn to ask for help and seek solutions to problems.

We must accept our sense of powerlessness when we encounter setbacks and failures. Pain and helplessness are part of our growth.

Third, you must learn to pay attention to yourself. Shift the focus from external evaluation to your inner self and learn to love yourself. If you don't understand yourself, you can't expect others to understand and pay attention to you.

Tell me about your interests and hobbies. What do you do that makes you feel relaxed and happy?

Pay attention to yourself slowly, learn to reconcile with yourself, and release internal pressure when you are stressed. You can also rest, talk about it, record it, or relax yourself through sports, good food, listening to music, or just being silly. All of these things will help you pay attention to your inner feelings, learn to love yourself, and then you will be able to observe the world and seek the life you aspire to!

The world and I love you. You must learn to love yourself, understand yourself, accept yourself, and do what you want to do better. Go for it!

Hello, questioner!

From your question, I can see that you are confused and in pain. You don't know what you want, what you want to express, or how to make yourself happy. You want to break through this pain but can't find a way out. You are anxious and powerless inside, and I will give you a hug to give you a little strength.

I have asked myself the same question as you: how do I make a breakthrough? The unclear future, the intangible life, and the complexity of human hearts all make people feel powerless, but they are wrong.

But being lost doesn't solve anything. In fact, it's a breakthrough for regaining happiness. All you need is a little patience, a little effort, and the courage to keep going.

You may not know what you've been through, but you can start today to discover the people and things around you. You may not know what you want, but you can find beauty in the small details of life and make yourself happy.

For example, today you found that the once-worn path has become smooth, you no longer have to be careful for fear of falling, you ate the food you had been longing for, or you met an interesting person today, felt the kindness of the people around you, called your family, etc. All of these can be sources of your happiness. When you are rich inside, you will be able to determine what you want from these good things.

If it is wealth, then make it your goal to find out how to get it. Pursue it, and satisfy your inner needs to gain happiness.

If it is about family, you must maintain your connection with your family. The support of loved ones is also an important source of psychological strength.

If it is friendship, then you must maintain your friendships and interpersonal relationships. True friends value quality over quantity.

If it's schoolwork, your goal is to become knowledgeable and experienced. Celebrate each small achievement and embrace happiness.

I am confident you will find this information useful. Best regards!

Hello. I can only quietly accompany them, thinking about a clearer direction for myself.

You are not alone in feeling confused and unsure of yourself. Many people feel this way.

You can see yourself, ask for help, and grow.

Congratulations on being able to come before Guanyin.

We want a more relaxed and comfortable relationship, a more interesting direction and goal, and simple happiness.

Look within, listen to your inner voice, and consider your place in the world. Look at the world.

There might be some noise that disturbs your peace, but there will always be something you want to do.

Even a little bit will make you feel good and smile.

Pay attention to the little things. They can make you happy.

Being vulnerable and not being good enough shows we want to be better.

Accept yourself and your helplessness. Take a few deep breaths and meditate to calm down.

Maybe, in our childhoods, too much rejection and pressure stopped us from flying.

Then give yourself a hug and stretch! There are many ways to reach the other side.

Pain doesn't mean we're not good enough or that our environment is deliberately offensive.

We haven't found a better way to get along with others or seen the other side of ourselves and our environment.

We need to discover more with awareness, kindness, and acceptance.

Tell yourself you're great.

Believe in yourself. You are valuable, beautiful, and a treasure waiting to be discovered.

We need independence, but we don't live alone.

We have friends and counselors who can help us.

They support and strengthen you. Seeking their help helps you understand yourself, become your true self, find your best parts, and find meaning in life.

Believe they've always been there and good. You deserve better!

The world and I love you! I hope I can help.

Good day. From your text, I can discern a certain confusion and emptiness. The question of "not knowing the meaning of existence in the world" is indeed a very common and profound question, and many people will have such confusion at some stage in their lives.

First and foremost, it is essential to recognize that each individual is distinct and that the meaning of existence is not fixed but rather evolves over time and with experience. Some individuals may associate the meaning of existence with achievements, wealth, or status, while others may prioritize interpersonal relationships, spiritual pursuits, or inner peace.

It is therefore incumbent on each individual to explore and discover the meaning of existence for themselves.

Secondly, it is important to identify the meaning in the smaller aspects of life. These include spending time with family and friends, the challenges and achievements at work, the beauty of nature, the creation and appreciation of works of art, and so on.

When we engage with these experiences with a genuine emotional investment, we may gain insight into the meaning of our existence.

It is also important to accept your emotions and seek support. Avoidance or denial of feelings is unproductive. Instead, address them directly and strive to comprehend their underlying causes.

Discussing these issues with family, friends, or a professional psychologist can assist in managing these emotions more effectively, thereby facilitating a more comprehensive understanding of one's existence.

In conclusion, the meaning of life is a personal construct. We can imbue our existence with purpose by setting goals, pursuing our dreams, and engaging in social activities.

Furthermore, it is essential to recognize the value of each moment in life, as they contribute to our overall existence and serve as crucial elements in our pursuit of meaning.

Ultimately, the lack of clarity regarding one's purpose in life is not an insurmountable issue. By actively engaging in self-discovery, confronting one's emotions with courage, and seeking guidance, individuals can gradually ascertain their own sense of purpose.

Good morning, Master Deng Hong. I am listening. All voices within your heart are worthy of my attention. Please do not hesitate to speak with me.

Good day, my name is Zeyu.

Our existence in this world is a form of meaning. For ourselves, our own desires must be identified and fulfilled.

The meaning of life commences at the moment of birth. For the family, this signifies the advent of a new life and a transformation in their parental role. From the perspective of the individual, the meaning imparted at birth is that children represent hope and the future. As one matures, the experiences one encounters and one's identity evolve, and the meaning and identity attributed to one by others also undergo change.

It is not possible to live forever in the evaluation of others, nor can one live in a day defined by others and given meaning. Therefore, it is necessary to find the meaning of one's own existence. This search is an exploration of one's own value experience, which carries one's thinking about the meaning of life. It is normal not to know what one wants. In this process, everyone slowly transforms from the unknown to the known. It is irrelevant whether one does not know what one wants. One should instead ask oneself what one does not want. One can then work backwards from there.

In the event that one is uncertain as to the desired expression, it is recommended to remain in the present moment in order to discern the inner changes, which can then be recorded in written form. In the event of concern regarding the potential for repetition of this state, it is advised to utilize a pen and paper to document the current thoughts, with the intention of awaiting the subsequent occurrence of this state, thereby affording the opportunity for recognition.

It is important to identify the factors that contribute to one's happiness. This process requires a gradual approach to understanding one's own definition and standards of happiness. It is not uncommon for individuals to become caught up in external circumstances, leading them to perceive themselves as unhappy despite being perceived as happy by others. This discrepancy can result in feelings of envy and a misalignment between one's internal and external perceptions of happiness. Ultimately, the level of happiness an individual experiences is shaped by their internal definition and standards of happiness.

If the objective is to achieve happiness, the most straightforward approach is to adjust one's standards accordingly. This does not imply a lack of ambition or a rejection of progress. Instead, it suggests a two-step process: first, attain a state of happiness, and then pursue avenues for enhancing its quality. The initial focus should be on the means of attaining happiness, while the subsequent step is to contemplate the aspects of quality and value.

Good day. I am Bai Li Yina, the respondent to your inquiry. I hope my reply provides you with the assistance you require.

The questioner stated that he was uncertain about his future, unable to identify a path to happiness, and experiencing distress without a clear plan of action.

[Situation analysis]

From these few sentences, it is evident that the individual is uncertain about their future and lacks motivation. They appear to be stuck in a state of confusion and pain, unable to identify a path forward. It is crucial to understand their needs and provide guidance on how to overcome these challenges.

Please take a moment to consider the following questions.

1. Could you please provide an overview of the circumstances that led to a loss of motivation and direction in your life? What were your last goals?

Please indicate the length of time you spent working towards your goal.

2. Could you please describe the methods you use to relieve painful feelings when they arise?

3. Please describe the last thing that made you feel happy and cheerful.

[Recommended Methods to Try]

You indicate that you are uncertain about your desired outcomes, the messages you wish to convey, and the factors that would contribute to your happiness. It is evident that you desire happiness and express your distress or your hope that someone can perceive and comprehend your pain. However, you lack the knowledge to achieve this state of happiness. This anguish is a common experience among individuals. We are all seeking methods to enhance our happiness.

When you are unsure of the best course of action, it is often helpful to seek input from someone you trust, such as a colleague or supervisor. Who or what is causing you the greatest challenge at this time?

When faced with discomfort, it is not realistic to expect an immediate resolution. Instead, it is more productive to focus on reducing or alleviating the pain. This approach may seem challenging in the moment, but it is necessary to avoid becoming overwhelmed by the situation.

I am unsure of the meaning of living in the world, and I question whether survival needs to be meaningful. This meaning is about identifying a driving force to move forward, which is something you can do. Instead of focusing on one big goal, try setting smaller, more achievable targets. For example, you could set a goal to feel a little less uncomfortable today, or to be happy for once tomorrow. The day after, you could try chatting with someone for a while. You can even set your own goals, such as sitting and staring for half an hour, planting a flower, or going for a run. By doing these things, you can start to understand your feelings about them. You may not like some of them, some you feel are okay, and some even feel pretty good.

It is recommended that you explore your feelings in a gradual manner through a variety of minor occurrences.

It is important to recognize that painful feelings are a reality. It is essential to accept these feelings as part of one's experience. Each individual has unique pain points, and it is crucial not to reject one's own pain. It is not necessary to be happy all the time. Acceptance does not imply that one must be miserable all the time. Instead, it involves understanding the current state of distress and taking steps to reduce it.

It is my hope that the aforementioned methods will prove beneficial to you.

We have all faced challenges and will undoubtedly find solutions. Change requires time and patience. Do not worry or be afraid. Many people are experiencing or have experienced similar problems.

You are not alone. I wish you the best in finding a solution to your current situation and in establishing a state of comfort.

I would like to express my gratitude to those who have liked and commented on my post. I wish you peace and joy.

Hello, my name is Phil.

I'm truly sorry that you've had to go through this.

From what you have said, it seems that

Perhaps it would be helpful to consider that not knowing what you want, or what you want to express,

It can be challenging to know what will make you happy.

While it is often suggested that confusion is a natural part of life and that we will eventually find our way, it can be helpful to consider that having at least one of these things is beneficial.

It would be beneficial if more people could offer guidance on how to navigate this period of confusion. It's not necessary to experience the same challenges throughout our lives.

It would be beneficial to be able to avoid problems or reduce significant problems to more manageable ones. It may be helpful to consider ways of minimizing this kind of pain.

I'd like to share an experience of my own and some insights, though I'm not sure if they'll be helpful to you.

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but I'd like to share my own experience and some insights.

I would say that I spent a period of about three to five years, or perhaps three years in particular, feeling somewhat confused and lacking in knowledge.

During this period of time, I have been fortunate to achieve a great deal in terms of social success and to maintain a steady academic performance.

However, I would still experience discomfort, anxiety, and even illness as a result. I felt that my life lacked purpose and that I had lost the will to live.

With a lot of free time on my hands, I started to consider other possibilities, such as exploring opportunities in trading, opening a Taobao shop, or pursuing small handicrafts.

It became apparent that this was not the ideal situation, and I was even suspected of engaging in unfair competition with my peers. As a result, I found myself in a rather unfortunate position, which led me to become increasingly uncertain about my circumstances.

I began to indulge in all kinds of games, spending all my saved money on Krypton Gold. I either looked at pretty clothes or pondered the strength of the characters, researching strategies everywhere, trying to find some common ground with the people around me who played this game. However, I often found that I was excluded for various reasons.

The turning point came when I realized that my preferences were not aligned with those of the majority. Finally, someone asked me a question: Why do you like this thing that is so unpopular and unpopular, or not good-looking at all?

As the conversation unfolded, it became evident that many others shared similar interests and preferences. Their styles and attributes were comparable, as were the plots they brought to the table and the impression they gave. When I was asked if I had had similar experiences, I was able to reflect on the possibility that there might be a unifying factor.

When I was confronted with this question, I took a moment to reflect and realized that these experiences were, in fact, an accurate reflection of my inner world. It's as if they were manifestations of my inner feelings, expectations, and thoughts. I had been unaware of this connection, but it became clear to me that these experiences were, in a way, a reflection of my inner world.

When this question came to me, I also started to question and think about these issues, just like you. Given the seriousness of my situation at the time, I decided to seek help from a psychologist, as I felt this was the most direct and effective way forward.

While the results provided by the psychologist were not as satisfactory as I had hoped and did not fully address the fundamental issue, this behavior offered a starting point for exploring various avenues of approach.

?Even though things have not been completely resolved and rest and relaxation are still needed, after finding the root of the problem, I have begun to develop and live in a direction that can make me feel at ease. From my personal experience, I would like to offer some advice that I hope will be helpful to you.

I'm not sure.

1️⃣ If you are experiencing a serious health issue that you are unable to resolve, or if you are engaging in risky behaviors, or if your health is declining, it is important to prioritize your well-being by seeking medical attention as soon as possible.

Given that the body and life are the foundation of the revolution, it is important to consider that many things need to be built on this foundation before they can be carried out. When things have developed to the point of illness, it may be beneficial to respect medical advice and see a doctor.

2️⃣When you're unsure of where to begin, it might be helpful to focus on maintaining the tasks that are essential to your daily life. It's important to keep these routines as consistent as possible.

For instance, my initial approach was that since I was still studying, I needed to earn a living and get a scholarship, and I needed to accumulate all this, so it seemed like a good idea to simply give myself the opportunity to waste time and learn all this first, rather than stop and do nothing just because I was thinking about these things.

3️⃣When you have some attempts or are inspired by something or someone, it might be a good idea to just go ahead with them. Whether or not they end in success or failure, they could be an important and great step towards solving your current problems and changing the status quo.

If your approach evolves or proves to be highly effective, you can continue along this path while gradually identifying the most suitable direction.

If your attempt is not as successful as you had hoped, it might be helpful to try a different approach, seek guidance, or allow yourself some space to reflect. It's natural to feel negative, worried, or afraid in the face of challenges, but it's important to persevere.

I hope my answer can be of some assistance to you.

I hope that my answer can help you to see that the world and I love you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope my answer proves useful to you. Kind regards,

It is a common experience to feel uncertain about one's purpose in life. This can be a challenging period of searching for one's identity and exploring the meaning of one's existence. It is during this journey of self-discovery that we can find the true meaning and happiness in our lives.

Please find below some of my thoughts on the matter.

The primary objective of life is to live in a manner that is beneficial and fulfilling.

The instinct of living is innate in all living things. Everything in nature follows this law. As human beings, we are part of nature, and nature has given us about a hundred years. It is therefore important to make the most of this time and to live life to the fullest.

What constitutes a good life?

Many individuals espouse the view that meaningful activities are the key to a fulfilling life.

Have you had the opportunity to view the film Soldier Assault? It features a notable dialogue between the two main characters, in which Shi Jin poses the question, "What is the meaning of living well?"

Xu Sanduo responded without hesitation, "It's about doing meaningful things."

Shi Jin then inquired as to what constituted meaningful actions.

Xu Sanduo responded without hesitation, "My advice is to simply live your life."

A fulfilling life is one that is imbued with purpose and meaning. Conversely, meaningful pursuits are an integral aspect of a good life.

It is important to pursue your goals, engage in activities that align with your interests, and consistently strive for excellence in order to achieve success. However, it is also essential to prioritize your well-being by eating well, sleeping adequately, engaging in leisure activities, and taking time for relaxation. These practices can enhance your overall quality of life.

2. There is no universally accepted meaning of life. Individual interpretations are shaped by personal experiences and perspectives. The act of defining and pursuing one's life goals imbues it with meaning.

Therefore, the second meaning of life is what we create for ourselves.

Before I discovered my true calling, I was as uncertain as you are now. Many people are. However, it is precisely during periods of ambiguity that we must persist in exploring and trying, so that we can identify our life's purpose and what will truly make us happy.

I would like to share my own experience. I majored in biology for both my undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Despite my lack of interest in the subject, I performed well and was consistently rated as an outstanding student, often receiving the highest scholarships. I also believed that this was something I enjoyed. However, my resistance to scientific research later on suppressed many of my needs and emotions. Additionally, I had to take care of my family and children, which led me to let go of my original major and academic qualifications and begin to re-explore the meaning of my life.

My approach to exploration is to obtain qualifications in industries that align with my interests. The process of studying for a qualification provides a comprehensive understanding of the industry, allowing me to assess whether the knowledge is something I enjoy learning and would like to pursue. I have obtained qualifications in teaching, health management, licensed Chinese medicine, and psychological counseling. I discovered that I only reached a state of deep satisfaction when learning about psychology. Instead of feeling tired, I felt excited and happy as my knowledge grew. I enjoyed reading psychology books and doing psychological work. This passion has enabled me to maintain my dedication to this field over time. Without this intrinsic motivation, it would have been challenging to persevere.

Without the previous exploration and experimentation, I would not have been aware of the existence of the psychological industry or my suitability for it. I may have continued pursuing a doctorate in my original field, which would have involved research that did not align with my interests. Instead, I am now experiencing a sense of fulfillment and purpose.

I encourage you to try new things, explore different avenues, and gain experience in a variety of fields. This will help you identify your own mission, purpose, and sources of happiness.

Please find the above information for your reference. Best regards,

Look at these questions you ask yourself, feel the emptiness, and understand that this emptiness brings panic.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs definitively ranks human needs from the physiological level to the safety level, to the need to be respected, to belong and be loved, to the aesthetic and self-fulfillment levels, and so on. The need for meaning in life is a higher-level need that is related to self-fulfillment.

You should be proud of yourself for thinking about the meaning of existence and the purpose of life beyond basic needs, and for asking yourself more fundamental and higher-level questions and expectations.

To find the meaning of existence and what you want, answer these questions. Imagine you are in a hospital bed at the end of your life. Review your life and what you want to achieve so you will feel satisfied with your life.

I know that seeing the world's diverse landscapes and experiencing a rich tapestry of human emotions, along with a full life, would make me feel that I have not lived in vain.

Some people are content that they have left behind a lot of property, and their descendants can live comfortably, feeling that they have protected their family. Some people write books and make contributions to the advancement of human knowledge in the spiritual realm. And there are also ordinary people who know that they have left their children in this world, leaving behind their genes, and know that they have made their own contribution to the continuation of the human race and their family.

Everyone's answer to such a question will be different. One thing is for certain, though: these goals have a part related to others.

If you want to find the meaning of your existence or a goal, you need to calm down. Close your eyes and think about your answer.

I am a listening therapist, and I am here to help. If you want to discuss it more, we can continue to communicate.

Good morning, I am Autumn and I am pleased to have the opportunity to respond to your query.

In light of your question, I believe you may be experiencing a certain degree of confusion, which can lead to feelings of powerlessness and discomfort. I can particularly relate to this sentiment, as I was in a similar state for an extended period, perceiving that happiness was not within my control.

I am unaware of your gender, age, or occupation, but I will share with you three methods that I found helpful in getting out of this state at the time. I hope they will be useful for you as well.

The first step is to accept the situation.

It is important to allow this state of mind to exist, to accept confusion, and to recognize that one does not always have all the answers. However, it is crucial to avoid remaining in this state for extended periods, as everyone has responsibilities, whether academic or professional, and there are still tasks that must be completed on a daily basis.

The method I utilize is to focus on a period of introspection and exploration after a designated meal. This allows me to engage in a state of contemplation and self-reflection for a designated period, typically half an hour after dinner. When this time is complete, I resume my original task.

Typically, I remind myself that I have reached the end of my designated period for contemplation and transition into a more structured routine. After implementing this approach, I found that the initial confusion did not impede my ability to sleep.

Secondly, it is advisable to attempt to achieve the desired outcome.

You indicated that you are uncertain about your goals and objectives. I empathize with that sentiment. Without a driving passion, one can feel adrift and directionless. My advice would be to pursue a passion, if you do not already have one.

Given my uncertainty about my objectives, I will explore a range of options.

I endeavor to engage in novel activities and interact with diverse individuals to gain insight into different lifestyles and perspectives. Despite remaining uncertain about my core values, I believe this is no longer a pressing concern.

The process of searching for what you want may be more exciting than achieving your goal. The experiences I have had and the people I have met have given me invaluable insights, making me realize that the process itself is worthwhile.

Thirdly, I would like to suggest reading.

Read when you are uncertain, read when you are anxious, read when you are in pain. Words themselves have the power to provide solace. In a dialogue with words, the wisdom of past sages, and historical texts, you will feel your heart slowly calm down, and your inner strength slowly grow stronger.

Upon closing the book, you will recognize that the sun is shining at just the right angle, the world is as beautiful as it is, and I am still happy.

The aforementioned is based on my personal experience and is offered in the hope that it will be of benefit to you. Wishing you a happy day.

Good morning, question asker. My name is Jiang 61, and I am here to assist you.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for providing a thought-provoking question regarding the concept of happiness. This will enable us to collectively reflect on the underlying issues that are causing you confusion. You have articulated that you are uncertain about the meaning of existence and the aspirations that you hold.

The question that confuses you will now be discussed.

1. Confusion

You stated, "A lack of knowledge regarding one's desires, aspirations, and sources of happiness can be a profoundly distressing experience."

1. Confused

From the questioner's statement, it is evident that he is experiencing significant confusion about his current life. Indeed, as he stated in the topic's title, he appears to lack a clear understanding of the meaning of existence in the world. What factors might be contributing to this sense of confusion?

This is a question that merits further investigation.

2. Pain

Furthermore, the four questions indicate that the questioner's sentiments are indeed aligned with their assertion at the conclusion of the inquiry: a state of suffering and a pursuit of happiness, the purpose of life, and the meaning of existence.

Accordingly, it would be beneficial to gain further insight into the current living environment and situation of the questioner, with a view to facilitating a productive discussion of the question raised by the questioner.

2. Discussion

1. The Meaning of Existence

The Meaning of Existence

The meaning of existence can be defined as the pursuit and exploration of the purpose and value of one's existence by an individual or group. This encompasses the pursuit of life goals, self-realization, happiness, and satisfaction.

The question of the meaning of existence is not merely an individual concern; it also pertains to the meaning of the existence of humanity as a whole.

The questioner's statements are unclear and lack coherence.

The questioner inquires, "I am uncertain as to the meaning of existence in the world." It is unclear whether the questioner's identity, age, or gender can be ascertained. However, it can be reasonably assumed that the questioner is at least 12 years of age.

Given that boys and girls are above this age, they have already initiated the process of exploring their own identities and contemplating the significance of their lives. However, the questioner indicated that he lacks an understanding of the meaning of existence in the world, prompting the necessity for further inquiry.

It would be beneficial to gain insight into the questioner's living situation at home, his relationship with his parents, and the environment at his school.

2. Needs

The term "needs" is used in psychology to describe the basic conditions that humans require to maintain their life functions or a sound mind.

In economics, demand refers to the desire and requirement for a specific good or service that people have the ability to purchase and are willing to purchase. In psychology, demand involves the basic conditions that humans need to maintain their life functions or a sound mind.

The questioner indicated a lack of clarity regarding their own desires.

The questioner indicated that they are uncertain about their desired expression. My interpretation is that the questioner has not yet fully articulated their genuine needs, and they require a platform to assist them.

3. Express

The act of expressing one's thoughts, feelings, or ideas through speech, actions, or other forms of communication.

Expression can be defined as a manner of conduct that reflects the outcomes of one's cognitive processes in verbal and nonverbal forms. These include speech, voice, intonation, facial expressions, and actions.

The questioner indicated that they were uncertain about the precise nature of their desired expression.

The questioner indicated that they are uncertain about their desired expression. It may be the case that the questioner has not yet determined the precise nature of their desired outcome, particularly in relation to the concept of happiness.

3. Recommendations for Action

We will now proceed to discuss the relationship between the meaning of existence and happiness as proposed by the questioner.

1. The Meaning of Life

The concept of human existence

The term "human existence" encompasses the entirety of the human experience, which is inherently challenging to articulate in words. Human existence can be conceptualized as a process of propelling oneself from the past towards the future, consciously opting to transcend one's established self and embrace novel possibilities.

The three worlds of human existence encompass the internal and external realms of the physical composition and physical environment.

The Meaning of Human Existence

The meaning of human existence is a multifaceted concept encompassing a range of intricate and expansive considerations, including human life, human consciousness, needs, self-realization, social value, and cultural contributions.

The questioner has not yet developed a comprehensive understanding of the concepts of life, consciousness, needs, self-realization, social value, and so forth. These topics can therefore be discussed with the questioner in order to facilitate their development of a more nuanced perspective.

The question of life is a complex and multifaceted one. It encompasses a vast array of concepts, including human life, consciousness, needs, self-realization, social value, and cultural contributions. These concepts are intertwined and cannot be discussed in isolation.

The concept of life is inherently individualistic, encompassing the unique circumstances, experiences, and contributions of each individual. It is about the specific place one occupies in the world, the noteworthy events and actions that shape one's trajectory, and the imprint one leaves behind.

Similarly, Liu Xiang's record-setting performance in the 110-meter hurdles represented a defining moment in his athletic career. Each individual has their own set of defining moments, each with its own intrinsic meaning.

The questioner is currently unaware of the meaning of existence, which is likely due to an inability to recognize their own uniqueness. This lack of self-awareness contributes to the confusion that the questioner is experiencing.

The concept of consciousness is multifaceted and complex. It encompasses a range of mental processes, including perception, thought, and emotion. Consciousness is the reflection of the mind on the objective material world. It is the sum of various mental processes, such as feeling, perception, or the five senses, and thinking. The process of receiving information, such as sound, smell, color, and touch, through the body and becoming aware of it is called the conscious process.

Consciousness can be defined as the reflection of the mind on the objective material world. It encompasses a range of mental processes, including feelings, perceptions, and the five senses, as well as thought. The conscious process refers to the act of receiving information through the body and becoming aware of it, such as sound, smell, color, and touch.

Our words and deeds are subject to the influence of consciousness. Consciousness may be defined as a form of life energy, and it is this energy which enables us to establish a complete connection with the world, to understand it, and to effect change within it. It may therefore be argued that consciousness represents another aspect of our existence in the world.

The concept of self-realization can be defined as the full development of one's potential, whereby an individual contributes to the advancement and evolution of society. It is a state of being in which an individual's life value is reflected, their ideal goals are achieved, and their life value is realized.

Self-realization can be defined as the full development of one's potential, whereby one makes a unique contribution to the advancement of society. When this occurs, one's life's value is reflected in a complete manner, one's ideal goals are achieved, and one's life's value is realized.

The concept of social value can be defined as the contribution an individual makes to society.

As members of society, we have made our own contribution in our own position, playing our part in the progress of society and the improvement of people's lives. This is our social value, and it is the meaning of our lives.

The meaning of human existence need not be grandiose. Depending on each person's abilities, they should fulfill their responsibilities, which is the meaning of one's existence. In the past, everyone had a meaning to their existence.

2. Happiness

Happiness

Happiness can be defined as a series of emotions of joy and pleasure that humans subjectively experience based on their own sense of satisfaction and security. It is a subjective feeling that can be derived from a multitude of sources, including family, work, interpersonal relationships, and health, among others.

To achieve a sense of happiness

One identifies one's own distinctive areas of proficiency, engages in activities aligned with these strengths, and experiences the positive emotions associated with success, which is a form of happiness.

3. Identify your unique strengths and interests.

Identify your area of expertise.

The questioner has grasped the significance of their own existence. The subsequent step is to identify their own bright spots, that is, their own areas of expertise, enhance these areas, and further develop their advantages.

It is important to recognize and achieve one's aspirations.

Each individual possesses unique aspirations, which are shaped by their interests, hobbies, areas of expertise, and strengths. When individuals excel in their chosen pursuits and achieve tangible outcomes, they experience a sense of purpose and fulfillment. The crucial point is that, even if immediate success is not attained, with dedication and resilience, these aspirations can be ultimately realized.

Our lives are characterized by happiness, meaningfulness, and a general sense of well-being.

Indeed, the meaning of life is not difficult to discern. By understanding oneself, embracing unwavering convictions, and persevering in one's endeavors, the essence of one's existence can be illuminated.

The following represents my response to the question initially posed by the original poster. It is my hope that these thoughts will prove beneficial to you in your pursuit of understanding the meaning of human existence. Finally, I extend to you my best wishes for happiness and joy.

Hello!

You know, seeing your question made me realize something. I don't know what I want, and I don't know how to make myself happy. But you do! And that's awesome. You have the ability to perceive, and that's a great start. I was in a similar state of confusion before the age of 30. I didn't know what I should do to be happy or the meaning of my life. But then I studied psychology, and it changed everything. I discovered that there are so many meanings to my existence.

In the family, we have the amazing opportunity to embrace our family roles. And in society, we also have the incredible chance to engage in a certain division of labor. So at any moment, our role is crucial—and it's a role we can absolutely rock!

How to achieve happiness is simple! All you need to do is discover happiness and manage it in your life. There are so many ways to do this. You can take courses, feel the beauty of nature, get along with others, and so much more! Avoid being troubled by emotions and you will find out what makes you happy. You will become a better person and you will be able to make yourself happier!

The yearning of life is actually about making ourselves happier! So every moment, in addition to thinking about what we want to do, we also need to feel some of the feelings that life brings us. This will help us be happy, remain emotionally unperturbed, and maintain our love for life. We should maintain a clear division of social roles because all of this will make us more aware and help us treasure the happiness in our lives!

I really hope this helps you!

Good day, inquirer.

As individuals mature, they are afforded the opportunity to engage in introspection, inquiring about a multitude of subjects. Those who are able to do so are indeed fortunate, as they possess the chance to contemplate the essence of existence.

Life is a random journey of chance, and the experiences one encounters along the way are inherently unpredictable. However, the imprints one leaves behind provide tangible evidence of one's existence.

The process of growing up is often accompanied by a sense of unease and apprehension. The adage "there is a time for everything" offers a poignant reflection on the cyclical nature of life.

The act of living is a matter of course. This is the truth that the older generation has taught us through their own experiences.

Despite the common advice to the contrary, many people find themselves uncertain about their future aspirations.

A significant proportion of the population experiences confusion, yet only a minority persists in their efforts to overcome it. This state of being is a long-term, ongoing condition that may persist until the individual discovers their own answers.

It is beneficial to be aware of the existence of one's true self. However, being aware is not an easy thing to do. This is a good starting point for thinking about life and one's current state of life.

Not being satisfied with the status quo is, in fact, a constructive way of thinking about life, and refraining from unquestioningly following the crowd is an intelligent and responsible approach to self-discovery.

It is beneficial to be grateful for one's self-awareness. In order to be self-aware, one must be adaptable to one's surroundings and possess an understanding of oneself. This process of continual improvement necessitates a capacity for continuous learning.

No two individuals can be expected to lead the same life. In order to lead a unique life, it is first necessary to gain a clear and accurate understanding of oneself, then to define one's personal life goals, and finally to persevere in one's efforts and continue to learn.

It is beneficial to recognize the significance of the superego. An individual may remain unaware of this process throughout their lifetime. However, the capacity to achieve happiness is a universal aspiration. While material life is often perceived as a source of fulfillment, it is insufficient to address the intrinsic spiritual needs of the human experience.

In the past, there was a common discourse that posited material foundations as the determining factor in the formation of a superstructure. This perspective held that material life serves as the foundation for happiness, which can be obtained in a sustainable manner.

Aristotle posited that happiness is not merely a transient state, but rather a way of life. This way of life entails the consistent practice of the most virtuous qualities inherent to each individual.

Consequently, his perspective on happiness can be defined as a state of being that encompasses not only an existence of virtue, but also a life of accomplishment.

Happiness can be defined as the accumulation of small acts of kindness and the receipt of significant rewards, the embodiment of down-to-earth living, the practice of conscientiousness, the nurturing of a sense of gratitude for one's possessions, the acceptance of the past, and the avoidance of excessive worry.

It is my sincere hope that these words will find their way to your heart, and that you will receive them with the same love that the world and I have for you.

Good morning, I am honored to answer your question and hope that my input will be of assistance.

When we lack clarity, we can stimulate our intrinsic motivations by engaging in regular self-reflection.

"My ideal scenario is to be in a relationship with a specific individual in a particular setting, pursuing a specific activity."

As the picture becomes more defined, it becomes easier to create it in real life.

Additionally, we can become more aware of our own qualities and those we admire in others.

Please record the qualities you admire in each area, such as personality, expression, and so on.

Typically, the reason for attraction is that the individual also has potential in this area. This allows for deeper self-knowledge and more effective communication.

Additionally, the individual can engage in dialogue with trusted colleagues, solicit feedback, and communicate openly. As they become more open, they will gain deeper insights into their own capabilities.

It is also recommended that the questioner complete personality and strength assessment tests to gain insight into their personality and identify their strengths. This will enable them to leverage their strengths consistently and effectively in their professional life.

This allows the inner self to be expressed naturally, comfortably, and relaxed.

When we are free from judgment, there is no differentiation between good and bad, or right and wrong. This may facilitate the acceptance and expression of one's authentic self.

I hope this information is helpful to you. I encourage you to embrace your true self and live your life to the fullest. The world and I support you.

This is your friend.

Good morning,

I sense that you are experiencing a degree of confusion and doubt. It seems that you are uncertain about the meaning of life and unsure of your true desires. This confusion may be an opportunity for you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and identify what truly resonates with you.

Please allow me to empathize with your situation and offer some insight.

In today's society, individuals often find themselves assuming multiple roles, each with its own set of responsibilities and expectations. These roles may include membership in the workforce, family responsibilities, or involvement in social circles.

In these roles, we are aware of our responsibilities and obligations. However, when we remove the masks we wear in society and face ourselves, we may feel uncertain.

I am unsure of my requirements. This is a common occurrence.

John McMurray once said, "There is no meaning to our existence except to become completely ourselves." This emphasizes the importance of individuals achieving self-actualization in order to fulfill their potential.

Additionally, Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard addressed the challenge of self-realization in his book, "The Sickness Unto Death." He identified three forms of despair in life: a lack of self-awareness, a disconnect between one's desires and their actions, and an inability to actualize one's true self.

These concepts collectively highlight a fundamental question: the significance of self-actualization.

Consider the role of a hospital doctor. Each day, they adhere to established protocols and procedures to provide professional medical care to patients. They are a vital component of the medical team, and their work has a profound impact on patient outcomes and quality of life.

However, when they conclude their workday and remove their lab coats, they may experience a sense of loss. This is because their personal identity is not as clearly defined as their professional identity.

They may inquire of themselves, "Who am I? What do I require?"

"

Similarly, teachers are responsible for providing students with knowledge and guidance in the classroom. They serve as guides on students' journeys of growth, with the objective of cultivating the next generation.

However, when they leave the classroom and cease to be teachers, they may also feel confused and uncertain. What are their own interests and pursuits, apart from teaching?

These examples illustrate a common phenomenon: a discrepancy between an individual's professional roles and their personal pursuits. In many cases, individuals may find themselves sacrificing their personal preferences and interests in order to align with social, family, or cultural expectations.

It is possible to neglect one's own inner needs in favour of meeting the demands of one's professional role. This long-term role adaptation and expectation fulfilment may result in the neglect of the importance of self-exploration and personal growth.

Becoming our authentic selves is a challenging but crucial process. Through consistent exploration and practice, we can gradually uncover our true identities and identify the factors that bring us fulfillment and happiness.

In this process, we may encounter many challenges. However, as McMurray and Kierkegaard said, becoming ourselves is the meaning of our existence and the only way to escape despair. A psychological counselor can provide us with professional guidance and companionship to help us better understand and discover ourselves. It is important to face ourselves bravely, explore our inner world, and become our true selves.

Best regards,

Hello everyone, I'm Yang Yiqing, your listening coach.

It can be tough when you're not sure what you want, what you want to say, or even what makes you happy. This feeling can come from a number of reasons, like changes in your environment, uncertainty about personal growth, or a lack of understanding about your innermost needs.

This is all part and parcel of life. When we're looking for direction, we sometimes feel lost and struggle.

Many people have been through something similar, so you're not alone. The uncertainty in life can sometimes make us feel uneasy, but it's also this uncertainty that gives us endless possibilities.

You might want to think about the following questions: What have you done in the past that made you happy and fulfilled? What activities or people in your life have you felt most comfortable and excited around?

Remembering those experiences might help you understand your current situation better.

Here are a few suggestions:

1. Branch out and try new things. You never know what you might discover.

2. Reflect and journal. Keeping a daily record of your feelings and thoughts can help you gain a clearer understanding of yourself.

3. Talk to others: Talking to family, friends, or a counselor may give you new ideas from their perspective.

4. Set small goals: This helps you gradually build self-confidence and a clear sense of self.

5. Stay in the moment: We often get caught up in thinking about the future or dwelling on the past, which can make us forget to appreciate the present.

[Book recommendations]:

1. "The Self-Discovery Handbook" (Kathryn C. Lively): This book offers lots of exercises and reflections to help you understand yourself better.

2. "Why We Lose Our Way" (James Hollis): This book dives into the different turning points in life and how to stay true to yourself when facing challenges.

3. Mindset (Carol S. Dweck): This book uses the concept of a growth mindset to guide you on how to stay positive and open-minded when facing difficulties.

Keep in mind that exploring yourself is a complex and beautiful journey, and every step is worth celebrating and appreciating.

Hello, questioner! My name is Rose, and I'm here to listen and accompany you.

From what you've said, I can sense that you're feeling a bit confused and helpless, and that you feel a bit adrift and uncertain. I can understand why that would be upsetting.

Your questions are similar to those that many people ask during their personal growth journeys. It's natural to have doubts and experience painful feelings when navigating life's challenges.

Perhaps we could talk about it?

1. Lack of clarity about one's desires

If I might suggest, this is what you really need when you are unsure of what you really need, from life to safety needs, from the love and care of family and friends to being respected by others and being recognized for yourself. Have you ever thought about these needs of yours?

What comes to mind when you think of these needs? I believe you may find the answer within yourself.

If you're uncertain about what you truly want, it might be helpful to ask yourself. There's no need to seek external validation or compare yourself to others.

If you ever feel overwhelmed, you might find it helpful to close your eyes and take a moment to feel the authentic dialogue and energy flow within you. It can be useful to consider what is going on inside you, as well as what is going on outside you, whether it's something material or something related to your environment. It can be helpful to take a moment to reflect on how these things relate to you and to identify what is important to you. In that way, you can gain a sense of what you truly need.

2. I'm not sure what I want to say.

Could I ask when this happens? Is it when you are with other people or when you are alone?

It might be helpful to consider what feelings and thoughts arise when you are with other people. Identifying these and working through them one by one could potentially unlock new ways of expressing yourself.

If you find yourself alone, you might consider closing your eyes, taking a few deep breaths, opening your eyes, and picking up a pen to write down the images that come to mind in your notebook. You could try writing for a few minutes every day, and with practice, you may discover what thoughts come to you.

3. I'm not sure what will make me happy.

Perhaps it would be helpful to consider what brings you happiness. It could be said that happiness is a fundamental aspect of the human experience. It is not only a feeling, but also a capacity.

It might be the case that a person who finds it difficult to experience happiness has not had many positive experiences during their upbringing.

Perhaps it would be beneficial to consider undertaking an activity in your current life that brings you happiness. If you're uncertain about what makes you happy, it might be helpful to try a variety of things and see what resonates with you. For instance, you could explore travel, spend time in nature, or visit a vibrant street market.

It might be helpful to make friends with people you like. You may find that their happiness is infectious, and that you experience your own feelings in the company of others.

It might be helpful to find your own hobby! Or if you wanted to learn a hobby as a child but didn't, you could consider starting now and experiencing this belated joy.

Happiness can be described as a positive and uplifting feeling that gives you a sense of expansion and warmth within. It is important to appreciate the people and things around you, as they can have a profound impact on your life, offering new and different experiences and a deeper sense of beauty in life.

It could be said that there are no conditions for happiness. We are all born to experience happiness and to pursue greater happiness, and it is a matter of personal choice.

I believe that we should all try to live life to the fullest, observe ourselves and everything around us with an open heart, and we will surely encounter beautiful things.

When a person is uncertain about their desires, aspirations, or sources of joy, it can be a challenging and unpleasant experience. This sentiment often arises when one is feeling low or fatigued.

If I might make a suggestion, this state is not conducive to thinking. Perhaps you could try getting some sleep and letting yourself rest. When you feel more energized, you might want to return to these questions and ask yourself what you want, what you want to say, what you want to do, and what makes you happy.

If I might make one more suggestion, it would be to simply take action.

I would like to extend my love and best wishes to the world and to you.

Hello! I'm a mindfulness coach, and I'm so honored to be able to give you some advice.

From what you've written, I picked up on three words: "I don't know."

The good news is that the opposite of not knowing is wanting to know!

So, which area would you like to learn more about? You've already described three: what you want, what you want to express, and how you can be happy.

It's so great that you've already found a solution to this matter! We can look at your question in this way.

It's so important to remember that you deserve to be happy! And the good news is that you can make yourself happy by adjusting what you want and what you want to say. Once you've found what you want and what you want to say, you'll be able to gradually enhance your sense of happiness.

This way, we can take a look at each of these three areas you mentioned and see how we can make these things you want a part of your daily life, to help you feel even better inside!

First things first: What do you want? When we say "wanting," we mean that you have an internal need. And there are three main types of internal needs: academic, lifestyle, and work-related.

We don't know your age, but that's okay! We can still talk about both work and school, and you can match it to your actual personal age.

Let's start with what you want when you're a student. I bet you want to get good grades!

Maybe it's about communicating well with our friends and being able to chat with our teachers about academic matters in a friendly manner.

Or when we were students, we wanted to have a better physique so that we could survive better in the future. All of these can become our wants, and that's okay!

So, in these areas, which one do you feel most in need of improvement?

It's so important to remember that if we want to achieve these two words, we mainly focus on "wanting." Wanting can be something you like, something you can start doing, or something you are not very good at, something you can improve. This can all be an expression of an internal driving force.

So, take a moment to think about your current situation and which aspects you'd love to have if you were a student.

Another thing to think about is what you want to get out of your job. Do you want to thrive in your career? Do you want to get a permanent position? Do you want to find a good job? Do you want to feel at home in the workplace and improve your interpersonal skills? Do you want to see certain results? These are all things you can work towards in your job.

We all want praise from our leaders and to feel that what we do is meaningful and contributes to society. So, what is your plan for this part of the workplace?

Your plan is exactly what you want, and that's a great thing!

This part of planning should also be combined with yourself. We can't say that we're too demanding on ourselves and that this goal may be difficult to achieve. That would be unfair to ourselves! So, we won't be able to break down the big goal well, because the small goals that may be broken down may also be beyond our reach. But that's OK! We can take the next step, which is reasonable planning and setting goals.

So, what about the third part? Let's start by thinking about what we want in life.

In terms of your life, if you're a student, do you actually want to be happy every day when you're a student, or do you want to find good friends to hang out with? Or maybe you want to fall in love on campus when you're in college!

Or maybe you're married with kids and want your family to be happy and in sync. You can take a moment to feel your current situation and imagine how you'd like it to be.

If you're feeling confused and not interested in any of this, don't worry! We can start from wherever you're at.

You can start by asking yourself a few simple questions: Are you happy every day? Do you feel down every day? Do you have a favorite video to watch every day? Do you like a certain piece of music every day? By focusing on these aspects, you can also find what you want.

It's true that the words "want" and "desire" can seem a bit vague at first. But, believe it or not, they're actually reflected in every aspect of our daily lives!

As I mentioned above, you can also review these aspects.

Hey there! I'm curious, what kind of music do you like to listen to? Is it healing, rock, lyrical, or something else?

What are some of your favorite foods or videos? You can think about these now. I really hope that you can follow my analysis and gradually perceive yourself first, which can then lead you to a state of self-awareness.

You can also gradually start to feel your own existence and that you want something. This can really help you to make your life better in a practical and powerful way.

And then there's the part where you're not sure what to say. Do you mean that you're not sure what to say in this question?

You know, you can express yourself with just a few simple words. Maybe you're a bit too hard on yourself in your daily life, wanting to give long speeches, chatting with your friends about really deep stuff, or maybe you have a very high goal for yourself, saying that you have to be super eloquent, use parallel sentences, or use idioms, and so on. It's okay if you do! We all have these ideas, and it's great to have goals.

It's totally normal to feel like you're not good at it or unable to accept it internally.

So you once wanted to express yourself, but as the demands gradually increased, you were unable to achieve it yourself, and gradually lost the desire to express yourself. It's totally understandable! You were not satisfied with expressing yourself, and you did not feel a sense of accomplishment, so gradually you stopped doing this, and therefore you would feel this sense of not knowing what to express.

And then, you're not sure what will make you happy.

The word happiness is really quite broad, but it can be reflected in every aspect of life.

For example, just now, the two of us are having a chat, which is like your thoughts and ideas are chatting with my words!

At this very moment, you're actually thinking about your inner state. You can feel your true existence, that your past thoughts have already happened before, and that you've gradually taken this step to feel your inner needs.

Every little bit of this is a wonderful manifestation of happiness. Once you take this step, you'll have certain ideas and a certain awareness, which will help you slowly find the points that you need to adjust and optimize.

In fact, in life, we all go from not knowing to knowing, from zero to one. So at the beginning, we really don't know what happiness is, but gradually, we may be able to eat a delicious dish every day, or you can do some writing every day to heal. For example, you can record three little things every day that make you feel warm, or three little things that you are grateful for.

Once you've written it down, save it for a few days or even a week and then take a look at it again. You'll see that I've had so many good things happen to me every day this week! This is also when you'll start to feel like you're on a roll.

Another thing is that if you are a student, you may have done really well on your exams this time and feel so happy!

Even if you don't do well on the exam, you can still be happy! Just work hard every day and do your best to bring your good subjects up to a normal level. You've got this!

Another great way to feel happy is to enjoy the things you love every day. Whether it's your favorite food, a great TV show, or a catchy song, there's nothing better than hearing and seeing things you enjoy. It's a simple yet effective way to boost your happiness!

In fact, it could be the air we breathe every day, or even the flowers that are blooming along the roadside! This is the happiness that we see nature has given us.

So, happiness is all about feeling and paying attention to every aspect of our lives, every little bit. You can focus on our small events and little events, which, when accumulated, will create a great sense of happiness.

Maybe you used to think happiness was something big and vague. But here's the thing: that kind of happiness is something you might have to wait for, or even luck into.

I would highly recommend starting with the little things, with everything around you right now. You will slowly start to feel happier!

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions or are confused about my analysis. I'd love to hear your personal stories and experiences. Just click on my personal homepage to get started.

I'm here to help you perceive happiness more specifically, and I truly hope that with our combined efforts, your life will become better and better!

I'll be waiting for your reply and sending you all my best wishes!
