I suspect I have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I constantly think about a variety of things. For instance, if someone scolds me twice, I'll ponder for hours. Is it a joke, sarcasm, or criticism, and how should I respond? That's just one manifestation. Another example is when I'm in class, I think about how to pay attention properly, and before I know it, the lesson is over. Or when I play a game, I overthink how to operate, and soon, my head is spinning, and I can't play anymore. Or when watching TV, I always want to pause to ponder the reasons behind their actions, constantly imagining being haunted alone. I make schedules, but I can't stick to them, constantly thinking about what I should do now. Exams make my mind go blank, and I'm extremely anxious. I've imposed many restrictions on myself and told myself to go with the flow, but I just can't. I'm dizzy and in pain, as if my own consciousness is uncontrollable.
