Dear Sir/Madam, I hope my answer will be of some assistance to you. Kind regards,
I can relate to your situation. At the time, I had no energy, felt listless, and seemed to accomplish very little each day. I lacked motivation and felt like my outlook was negatively affected. However, I was able to make some adjustments and enter a state of living with more positivity. I have some experience that may be able to provide you with some inspiration.
It is important to accept negative emotions, be aware of them, and release them in a reasonable manner. Allowing emotions to flow freely will help dispel negative feelings and allow positive emotions to take their place.
Previously, I was experiencing depression and a lack of motivation due to the suppression of negative emotions. These emotions were fixed, creating an inner blockage that impeded my ability to feel the positive emotions I knew were present. Despite the presence of sunshine, I was unable to perceive it. Even when I observed the sea and the blue sky, I did not feel a sense of happiness. It was only after persistently releasing my emotions, no longer suppressing them, but accepting my negative emotions and recognizing them as a part of my true self, that I began to feel a shift. I allowed these emotions to flow and utilized various effective methods to release them. By persevering daily, my inner self became increasingly unblocked, and the world I saw became brighter and brighter.
There are a number of methods that can be employed to assist in the management of emotions. These include writing therapy, talking to the right person, the empty chair technique, art therapy, sandplay, exercise therapy, naturopathy, mindfulness meditation, and image dialogue. Once emotions are no longer a barrier, the individual will continue to make progress.
2. From a behavioral standpoint, one can utilize behavior activation. It is recommended to set aside 10-20 small tasks that bring a sense of accomplishment and pleasure on a daily basis, with the objective of experiencing the joy of life on a daily basis.
In terms of behavior, I have been adhering to "behavior activation" for many years. This approach involves identifying specific actions that can be taken when experiencing a low mood. These actions are designed to provide a sense of achievement and pleasure, which can effectively improve one's mood. To implement this strategy, it is helpful to create two lists: one for activities that provide pleasure and one for activities that offer a sense of accomplishment. The pleasure list can include activities such as listening to music, watching movies, drinking coffee, teasing pets, or chatting with friends. The accomplishment list can include tasks that offer a sense of achievement and self-improvement, such as completing a long-delayed task, finishing an answer, cooking a dish, mopping the floor, or doing the laundry.
Each list should include at least 10 items, with the objective of including as many items as possible. The more items you list, the more options you have. Then, every day, choose 10-20 of the small things that bring you a sense of accomplishment and happiness to do. In this process, you can feel the joy of life every day. After you get into the habit, you will feel that every day is worth looking forward to, and every day will be full of wonderful experiences.
3. Document three positive occurrences in your life on a daily basis. It is important to recognize that there are positive aspects to every situation, even if they are not immediately apparent. By consistently noting these instances, you can establish a pattern of recognizing and appreciating the good in your life.
Anxiety is a fundamental human emotion. From an evolutionary perspective, our ability to identify and respond to danger has been crucial to our survival and reproduction. Consequently, we have developed a tendency to focus on potential threats, which can lead to a perception that life is inherently stressful and dangerous. However, this does not accurately reflect reality. Our attention can be cultivated to focus on positive aspects of life, which can enhance our overall well-being.
Indeed, we are currently living in an era with fewer dangers, and we can live a relaxed and happy life. Life itself is full of beauty and happiness, but we need to perceive it with our hearts. If you insist on recording three good things that happen in your life every day, it can be the sprouting of the flowers you planted, seeing the sunrise today, or receiving greetings from a good friend. You will discover that you are very happy.
Please refer to the above for your convenience. Best regards,

I totally get what you mean. Life can feel so much more vibrant when we let sunshine in. Simple things like stepping outside for a breath of fresh air or arranging a sunny spot for your morning coffee can make all the difference.
Embracing sunshine can really lift our spirits. I like to start my day with a walk outside, letting the sunlight greet me. It instantly feels like the day has more potential, and it helps keep that listless feeling away.
To combat that listless vibe, I try to open up my curtains wide and let the natural light flood in. Sometimes even planning activities around when the sun is out can help energize the day and bring more life into everything you do.
Feeling alive is about connecting with nature's rhythm. By syncing with the daylight, maybe scheduling outdoor time or just soaking up some rays, it's amazing how much more lively and spirited each day can become.
