Hello questioner!
You've had a lot of awareness and reflection on your anxiety/the-cause-and-improper-handling-of-emotions-between-both-parties-have-further-exacerbated-negative-feelings-how-should-one-deal-with-such-emotions-3943.html" target="_blank">negative feelings. I also feel your anxiety and your determination to change the situation. Is that right?
What made you aware of your feelings and think about the problem? What's helping you keep going?
I agree with the feelings expressed. I think they're real, but do they realize they've always been there?
After posting a question, the original poster can see how they feel.
The questioner knows when they won't feel this way. What did you do then?
What would you rate your current feelings on a scale from 1 to 10? What would be your satisfaction score?
What would you do to get a good score?
If you suddenly stopped being anxious, what did you do? How would you feel?
Who will notice the change?
I don't know the questioner's situation or what they want. Let me give my views and some suggestions:
If you don't know why you're anxious or how to stop it, see a counselor. They can help you understand your problem and find ways to feel better. You can also try hypnotherapy.
The questioner can try sports like running, swimming, or playing ball. Sports can make you feel good. The questioner can also travel to feel different ways and feel less anxious.
Find your interests and focus on what you like. Improve yourself and feel differently. Find a sense of value in life and distract yourself from the unhappy factors.
Read books on psychology, such as "Coping with Anxiety." Try meditation, emptying your mind, filling it with fresh negative oxygen ions, and keeping a diary to record your feelings and progress every day.
Everyone has anxieties. Answering questions helps me improve, feel more worthy, and relieve negative emotions.
Don't be afraid. It will get better. Believe in yourself. If you want something positive, you will become more positive.
