I have a list of things I want to do, but when it's time to act, I become lazy again. Later, I regret not doing it earlier, and this cycle repeats endlessly, making me very restless. Let's take a closer look at why we procrastinate.

1. Fear: We all love to stay in our comfort zone! But sometimes, we can be a little afraid of the unknown. For example, we might be afraid of working hard for nothing, of encountering accidents, of tasks that are too difficult to handle, of being suspected and mocked by others... Because of fear, we sometimes keep putting things off.

Our subconscious mind can sometimes get a little confused. It thinks that if we don't do something, we won't have to face the things that scare us.

2. Look after your self-esteem: If you feel like you're not good enough and that other people think you're worthless, it's no wonder you don't want to do anything! You'll put off doing things if you can.

After all, theoretically, every task is a reflection of one's abilities and value. But if he's already decided that he has no abilities and no value, there's no need to do it. Doing it will only prove once again that he has no abilities and no value, and hurt his self-esteem again.

There's a big difference between thinking and doing. We have lots of ideas, but we also have high expectations. This makes us lazy and makes us decide whether or not to complete our plans.

Everyone has good and bad sides. We all have a perfect self inside us, but we forget about our bad sides. That's why we plan things that are impossible to accomplish.

We plan a lot but don't take action. We find excuses for our failures and feel resentment. We waste time repeating our regrets.

Everyone's ways of reaching the other side are different. Without our own way and plan, we will always be stuck.

Sometimes in life, you feel lost. It's okay to feel lost, but you can't stay lost forever. We like to escape, but we have to take the first step. You can't avoid hard work, but you can't avoid failure either.

You can't change the past or predict the future. You can only decide how to face the future. Moving forward is always a choice. If you don't choose to face it, you can't change your life.

Plans can't be perfect. Practice reveals flaws. Not all plans work. But without action, nothing is possible.

Instead of planning, take action and improve. To change, look at yourself.
