Hello, I'm Xiang Er.

You seem anxious, afraid, and helpless. You're worried about your body and mind. You must feel helpless. Here's a hug.

Dr. Ear has some tips.

On the physical side:

The most direct and effective way to find out is to go to a regular hospital for a pathological examination. If nothing is found, you will feel at ease. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong, timely medical treatment can help.

Psychological aspects

If you don't want to do a biopsy or if the biopsy is normal, we can help you with your mental health.

1. About insomnia

What caused your insomnia? When did it start?

Did something happen that made you think about it and caused insomnia? You can try these tips.

Meditation apps and public accounts can help you sleep. Look for sleep-related meditations.

Aromatherapy. Buy aromatherapy oils that help you sleep, such as lavender.

Aromatherapy shops will tell you how to use it.

A lack of certain vitamins can also cause insomnia. Learn about melatonin.

Sleep aid gadgets.

Sleep-promoting massage. Look for a professional at a community service center or learn massage techniques online.

Soak your feet to help you sleep.

2. Anxiety

Are you anxious because you have long-term insomnia? Or is there something else that makes you anxious? If you don't know, try these methods.

Eat more foods rich in folic acid, anthocyanins, and dopamine, such as deep-sea fish and bananas.

Listen to calming music.

If you can, exercise outside. If not, exercise inside.

Exercise increases dopamine.

Mood journal: Record your feelings in a notebook. Look for patterns to help you understand what causes your anxiety.

3️⃣ Dizziness

I think this is because of lack of sleep. Gradually getting back into a sleep routine should help. You can also try massage or stretching.

4. Stiffness in many joints

If there's no physical problem, anxiety might be causing this stiffness. When you're tense, your muscles and joints get tighter. This can strain your joints. It might help to relax.

I hope these suggestions help. Early treatment is best. I hope you find the cause and feel better.
