Reflecting on life while watching a movie, I hope to cross the finish line with some encouragement. By Anonymous | Published on December 18, 2024

Watching a pirated movie on my tablet, "Furious 7," made me cry. Former champion racer Zhang Chi lost his driver's license and disqualified from races due to his child's education issues and driving a black car. Years later, he returned to racing and was severely injured in a crash. His championship win was also canceled due to the committee's involvement. After that, he became a driving school instructor. When the driving school closed, he had hoped to secure an investment to lead a team in one last race, just to finish in the top positions. There was a part of the story I missed, but Zhang Chi returned to racing for his dream, driving the most basic of race cars, facing rain and snow, almost blowing up the engine and losing his life, but ultimately taking first place for his team. It made me think about my own life; before the age of 15, I was a student at a key high school, then at 15 and a half, I had a split personality disorder and didn't go to school for five years. Without attending school, I self-studied for half a year, passed the exam for a full-time junior college, and graduated smoothly. On the eve of my graduation, I had a car accident that resulted in a fracture, and it was possible I might never walk again, but I did. Then, I had a second car accident, fracturing again, and spent a year in bed. But due to excessive weight gain during recovery, I developed severe fatty liver and was hospitalized for treatment. After discharge, I lost 30 pounds, reversing the fatty liver. I hope my future life can soon break through the finish line and become my own champion.

Dear friend, your story is truly inspiring. It is natural to feel confused and frustrated when facing challenges and difficulties in life. Your experience, from schizophrenia to a car accident, to recovery and weight loss, has been full of hardship and difficulty at every step.

Your ability to persevere and achieve remarkable results under such circumstances is a testament to your resilience and courage. "Psychological resilience" is defined as an individual's capacity to adapt, recover, or grow effectively in the face of stress, challenges, or adversity.

Your experience is an example of psychological resilience. You have faced many challenges and overcome them through your own efforts, and this strength is something to be admired.

In "Pegasus," Zhang Chi's story is also a story of resilience. Despite some challenges in his career and physical injuries, he remained determined to achieve his goal and was ultimately able to complete the race with the simplest racing car, fulfilling his dream of becoming a champion.

Your experience bears a striking resemblance to that of Zhang Chi, exemplifying the indomitable spirit of humanity and the unwavering pursuit of dreams.

Your experience also serves as a reminder that difficulties and challenges in life are often unavoidable. However, the manner in which we approach these challenges is of crucial importance. As psychologist Martin Seligman suggests, "learned helplessness" — a phenomenon whereby individuals may develop a sense of helplessness and believe that they cannot control the outcome — can potentially arise when we repeatedly fail in the face of adversity.

However, it is possible to overcome these feelings and regain a sense of control through positive coping strategies and seeking support.

It is not uncommon for individuals to not only recover their original functions after experiencing trauma, but also to grow at the personal and relational levels. Your experience seems to be a manifestation of this growth. Through your own efforts and perseverance, you have not only overcome difficulties, but also become stronger and more confident in the process.

As you mentioned, you hope to cross the finish line in the future and become your own champion. I believe that with your positive attitude and strong willpower, you will be able to achieve your goals.

After a period of reflection, you chose to embark on a journey of self-discovery, driven by a deep desire to expand your knowledge and to find your own sense of worth. Your foundation is as strong as a rock, supporting you as you navigate the vast ocean of knowledge.

The college diploma is a testament to your hard work and the crystallization of your wisdom. However, fate seems to always have a way of surprising us. Just as you were about to embark on a new chapter in your life, an unfortunate accident involving a broken bone struck, like a sudden storm, disrupting your pace.

But you have no choice but to persevere. With your strong will and perseverance, you break through again and again, overcoming difficulties time and time again.

The challenges you have faced have made you more resilient.

Every choice you make is an investment in your future. You have come to understand that choice is often more important than effort, and that willingness can be a significant factor in determining success.

It might be helpful to consider taking some time regularly to reflect on your experiences and feelings. This could assist you in better understanding yourself and in finding motivation to move forward. You may wish to set clear short-term and long-term goals for yourself.

It might be helpful to remember to celebrate your small achievements, as they are all important milestones on your path.

Caring for yourself is a lifelong lesson for everyone. It is important to remember that, regardless of how others may feel about you, you should love yourself.

Your existence is valuable, and you deserve to be happy. Your story is like a hymn, praising the indomitable spirit and inspiring everyone who is moving forward in the face of adversity.

I am confident that your future will be bright. I believe that your perseverance, courage, and love will serve you well.

You deserve the best of everything. You have already demonstrated that, regardless of how circumstances may appear, a positive outlook can pave the way forward. I encourage you to pursue your goals with determination and confidence.

It is important to recognize and respect the efforts of others, and to acknowledge the value of their contributions. Feedback, attention, and praise can serve not only as a form of recognition, but also as an incentive for continued growth and excellence.

This kind of feedback is akin to spring rain, nourishing our hearts and inspiring us to pursue excellence and create more value.

Hello, I am a heart exploration coach. May you fly free, for life is a beautiful journey, not for appreciation, but for blossoming. (I feel that this sentence, "not for appreciation, but for blossoming," could be a fitting description of your life experience.)

I would like to begin by offering my sincere admiration and support. It seems to me that your life experience could be described as an original version of "Hot and Spicy" and "Furious Life."

Leying has faced challenges in her family and social life over the past ten years. She has experienced feelings of self-doubt and isolation. Despite these difficulties, she has remained resilient and driven by a deep desire for love. Initially, she pursued a romantic relationship with a male coach she admired. However, she eventually realized that the greatest love and acceptance she could find was within herself.

Dear one, As a teenager, you were a student at a highly regarded high school and were expected to be admitted to a well-known university of your choice. It seems that fate has a way of testing us, and you have faced some significant challenges along the way, including schizophrenia and two car accidents resulting in broken bones.

I have found that what doesn't defeat me makes me stronger, that everything that happens is for the best, and that those who give up can't be helped, and those who are strong can't be defeated. I recognize that this may sound like a cliché, but I have seen it have a positive effect on many people.

Your positive and optimistic attitude, along with your firm beliefs, enabled you to gain admission to a full-time junior college in six months. Your resilience and determination allowed you to overcome the challenges following the car accident and fracture, and to successfully lose 30 pounds.

I would venture to say that your unwavering belief in yourself is perhaps the most admirable quality you possess. Even in the face of adversity, such as the ending of your relationship in "Hot and Steamy," you have demonstrated resilience and a determination to forge ahead. While the path ahead may not always be clear, you have chosen to embrace the future with optimism and a belief that brighter moments will eventually emerge.

She wins not for others, but for her own self-confidence and her beautiful expectations for life and the future. You are the same. Illness, injury, the college entrance exam, weight loss – you have overcome them all. No matter what your next goal is, and no matter what the outcome, it will be a valuable experience in your life.

You have the capacity to mature and grow from every experience, which is a valuable quality in life.

"I am a life, I need love, I deserve love."

"I believe that facing the sun, being confident, and being happy will allow me to live my life to the fullest."

"It would be beneficial to have firm beliefs, meet challenges, and believe in yourself."

I haven't started watching "Pegasus 2" yet, but I have a pretty complete idea of the plot from your writing and the film review. I can see that both movies are very inspirational and have the potential to give us a new sense of belief in ourselves and our abilities.

I hope that you, who are facing challenges, will soon find success and love in your career. Just be yourself, and you will gain many more fans, even though they are not necessary. However, I believe that the words I have written here have already inspired many people who read them.

Dear question asker, My name is Rose, and I am here to listen and provide support.

From your statements, it is evident that you identify with the protagonist of the film, that it has had a profound impact on you, and that you have elevated expectations for yourself.

It is my contention that you have already achieved victory. You have repeatedly surmounted adversity and attained the pinnacle. You are truly commendable, and I applaud you.

Furthermore, I discern your aspiration to emulate the protagonist of the film and establish a record for a life of exceptional accomplishment.

It is my contention that when an individual identifies a life goal, the application of effort will inevitably result in its attainment.

The film is an inspiring account of resilience in the face of adversity. Despite a promising start to his career, the protagonist's personal struggles led to a decline in his professional achievements. Even after participating in a competitive event, external factors seemed to conspire against him, leading to a perception of failure. However, he remained determined to pursue his passion for racing, regardless of the circumstances. Despite driving a modest vehicle, he persisted in his pursuit, eventually achieving success.

Your narrative is similarly commendable. You were previously enrolled in secondary education but were compelled to interrupt your studies due to personal challenges. However, you ultimately demonstrated resilience by attaining a passing grade on the general examination through your own efforts.

Despite the potential hindrance posed by the car accident, you demonstrated resilience and determination in your pursuit of recovery. Ultimately, you not only regained your ability to stand but also emerged victorious in your own personal battle.

Notwithstanding the numerous physical challenges you have faced, you have demonstrated resilience and determination in overcoming them, exemplifying the qualities of a true winner.

Given your profound emotional response to this film, I believe you are relating to it on a deeply personal level. Indeed, you are an admirable individual.

Given your profound emotional response to this film, it is evident that you have been deeply touched by your own experiences. Indeed, you are a remarkable individual.

This film may also serve as a guide to life, indicating the direction in which one should proceed. Since it can demonstrate the path to success, one should continue to work diligently and advance.

The film may also have provided a framework for understanding one's life trajectory. It suggests that by pursuing one's aspirations, one can chart a course towards a fulfilling future.

It is this author's belief that the reader is capable of creating a life of brilliance and achieving the brightest radiance. Readers may even surpass the achievements of Zhang Chi.

Given your stated objective, it is recommended that you proceed with the desired action. Your past experiences serve as the foundation and source of capital for future success. It is precisely because of these experiences that you have become a highly capable individual.

It is important to note that each individual's life pattern is unique. The manner in which one depicts life is a reflection of their personal thoughts and aspirations. When an individual has a clear understanding of their desired life trajectory, they can begin to take steps towards achieving it.

I extend my affection to the world and to you, and I wish you the best of luck in attaining the pinnacle of the life you desire.

Hello, I send you my warmest regards and a 360-degree hug.

On this platform, I have observed many individuals seeking assistance due to a range of challenges. I often find myself wondering if I can be of help and whether the suggestions and methods I offer will prove effective for them.

Now that I see your question, I feel a sense of warmth and optimism. I am at your service, ready to offer support in any way I can. I am here to listen, to celebrate your achievements, to cheer you on, and to offer my encouragement.

You watch movies and are inspired by the protagonist because in him you see your own reflection, your own past challenges, and the pride you feel after overcoming them. You are moved and proud, and at the same time, I believe that in your heart you also have ambitious goals and high ideals. And I believe that you will succeed, no matter what difficulties lie ahead.

You have already demonstrated with evidence that you possess the resilience of a cockroach, even when life has presented you with challenges. With your own efforts, you can stand up again, return to the starting line of life, and continue to move forward gradually.

You are already the champion of your own life. If life is a marathon, you have already achieved many victories and won many championships.

From reading your brief description, I feel a sense of warmth and positivity. Life should be lived with an open mind and a willingness to embrace the circumstances that arise, whether they are positive or negative. However, it is important to recognise that we have the capacity to influence our own destiny. As individuals, we may not have the ability to change the world or the actions of others, but we can always choose to change ourselves, our outlook on life, our actions and our level of initiative.

Everyone hopes to meet a benefactor, but you are the most important benefactor in your own life. Your courage, refusal to admit defeat, and ability to take action are your greatest assets. I believe you have the potential to achieve your goals and realize your dreams.

I would like to wish you the very best in becoming the best version of yourself that you can be. You are your own champion.

I am a psychological counselor who often experiences periods of depression, but I also have moments of positivity. I love the world and I love you.

Good day. I am a heart exploration coach with considerable experience and am grateful for the opportunity to offer you guidance.

From your written description, it is evident that you viewed the film Rush Hour 2 upon its initial release. Subsequent to this viewing, you experienced a profound emotional resonance with your previous life experiences and the inner emotions that this past life has brought you.

You are presented with a unique opportunity to articulate your inner thoughts, and it is evident that your inner world is highly complex and multifaceted.

However, due to personal experiences, opportunities to express and feel normally may have been limited. This film has inspired the expression of emotions from the past, which is a positive outcome.

It can be considered a concise overview of one's past experiences, serving as a significant marker in one's life journey. It is my belief that this summary can provide a compelling source of motivation and direction, facilitating one's forward progression.

Subsequently, I will organize your specific content and provide encouragement to assist you in effectively reaching the conclusion of this process.

In the fast-paced life of racing driver Zhang Chi, his personal experiences have indeed been challenging. From the outset, he was a professional racing driver, but his license was revoked due to his child. In the subsequent years, he participated in races but was injured and disqualified by the organizing committee due to an unfortunate incident.

However, there were numerous factors that contributed to his resilience and determination.

Let us now turn our attention to your personal experience. You were a student at a pivotal high school before the age of 15, and you consistently demonstrated remarkable academic proficiency throughout those 15 years. You were highly proficient, and then, at the age of 15 and a half, you abruptly developed schizophrenia. What, then, was the source of this profound psychological and emotional upheaval resulting from your personal experience?

Indeed, a multitude of factors contribute to the emergence of sudden outbursts, rather than being the result of a single precipitating incident. These factors accumulate daily, creating a cumulative effect that eventually leads to a state of discomfort. At this point, the accumulated factors may suddenly manifest as an outburst.

It is possible that this is related to your family of origin, but this is merely my personal conjecture, and we must discuss the particulars.

Additionally, it should be noted that the subject was diagnosed with schizophrenia and was unable to attend school for a period of five years. However, within a year, the subject was able to teach themselves and was subsequently admitted to a full-time college.

This demonstrates that your excellence and intelligence will not be negated merely due to a brief five-year period of adversity. It is imperative that you recognize this excellence, and I am confident that you have demonstrated remarkable determination and resilience in your endeavors over the past six months.

You demonstrated considerable fortitude and resilience by passing the examination and securing admission to a four-year institution of higher learning.

However, an unforeseen incident occurred on the eve of graduation, resulting in a broken bone.

It is, in fact, impossible to predict the occurrence of an emergency. Frequently, fear of the unknown causes individuals to become timid and to recognize that the unknown is uncontrollable.

However, through determination and forward planning, coupled with a contemplation of future possibilities, it is possible to transform this apprehension into a source of motivation. This is a truth that has become apparent over recent years.

You have consistently demonstrated the capacity to transform adversity into resilience and accomplish your objectives through independent action.

Therefore, it is unnecessary to question one's perseverance, ability, and strength. This is also indicative of confidence. It is accurate to note that the individual has experienced a series of broken bones and has broken bones on two separate occasions.

These include graduation and severe fatty liver, but in fact, all of these can be adjusted, as the overall trajectory is one of gradual improvement.

The future is inherently unpredictable, and the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances is inevitable. However, through the formulation of well-considered plans and the implementation of effective strategies, it is possible to achieve a state of optimal living.

At the time of your initial injury, did you have a firm belief that you would complete your graduation requirements successfully? Did you devise a plan to complete your graduation thesis?

Secondly, the patient sustained a second fracture, which has resulted in weight gain and the development of a severe fatty liver. During the patient's hospital stay, did the patient implement the previously described inner plan? For example, the patient expressed a desire to resume their previous healthy lifestyle and outlined numerous future aspirations and professional goals.

In order to achieve this objective, it is necessary to work backwards and restore one's health.

One can take care of one's life by engaging in daily exercise, modifying one's diet, and adhering to a treatment plan prescribed by a physician.

It is essential to recognize the need for self-affirmation and the capacity to achieve one's desired outcome.

The question thus arises as to whether the desired outcome is to proceed with courage and determination, without regard for obstacles or setbacks. There is an opportunity to engage in further discussion regarding the definition of this objective and the strategies that will be employed to achieve it.

It is my hope that, based on the aforementioned, you will engage in introspection and, if you so desire, communicate further with me or reiterate your thoughts. I will listen attentively to any further discourse.

Should you require further clarification, you are encouraged to organize your thoughts, access my personal homepage, and pose any questions you may have. I am available to provide assistance to the best of my abilities.

I will then await your response and extend my best wishes to you.

Hello, host! I'm so honored to answer your question. From what you shared, it seems like your life really took off after you turned 15.

When you were just 15, you were diagnosed with schizophrenia. You didn't go to school for five years, but you did eventually pass the entrance exam for a full-time college after six months of self-study! On the eve of graduation, you were involved in a car accident and broke your bones. You were so scared you'd never be able to walk again!

But you stood up again through your own efforts! Unfortunately, bad luck didn't end there. Soon after, you were involved in another car accident and broke your leg again.

He was so lucky to have such a supportive team around him, who helped him through the restoration process. After being discharged from the hospital, he successfully lost 30 pounds and reversed his fatty liver.

After reading about your amazing experiences, I feel like what you've been through is like something out of an inspirational movie! It's so inspiring to see how strong your heart is, and I believe that all these challenges have been placed in your path to help you build your confidence and a strong destiny.

I've found that changing other people is an experience, not knowledge. I don't want to praise suffering here, but I do think that the experience of overcoming suffering is one of the most valuable intangible assets in our lives. And the race of life is not a 100-meter sprint; it's a marathon with the longest race.

It's only by going through the toughest times that you can finally stick with it and see it through to the end. These challenges are exactly what help you build your resilience. The biggest opponent in life is often yourself. But every time you push past that inner critic and work hard, you're building a stronger, more confident version of yourself.

How many friends can compete with you on the same stage with this amazing experience? People feel that you should not be satisfied with being a champion just once.

I hope you'll have the chance to engage in a spirited competition with equally talented individuals in this arena of life. I'm delighted to have this opportunity. 1983. The world and I love you!

Dear questioner, My name is Duoduo Lian, and I really hope my reply can support you in some way.

After watching the movie, where the protagonist's life is blocked at every turn, but he manages to turn the tables every time, I thought about my own life, which is also like that. It brings back a lot of memories and also gives you new hope. I wish you the best, and only you know the hardships involved.

The rider has been working hard on his own track, with his own cause and effect, and the limitations set by others. The only thing that remains unchanged is his persistence, which is different from that of ordinary people, and his professional skills. In the end, he wins, just like you, with strong perseverance, unbound by difficulties, and a spirit that dares to fight. Way to go!

Movies come from life, but they're even more than just a reflection of it. How many people can get back up again? It's so hard, isn't it? But you are a true life champion. After going through so many hardships, you are even more inspiring than the protagonists in the movies. What kind of strength supports you? It's beyond my imagination, not only physically but also mentally. It seems that there is a strong driving force behind you.

You haven't studied for five years, but you've taught yourself and obtained a college degree! You have a great foundation, and you've overcome so many challenges along the way. You got your diploma, but you broke your leg. It's been tough, but you've kept going. You've experienced all the hardships, and there will only be happiness in the future. You'll also cherish this hard-won opportunity even more!

Most people aren't as lucky as you and the characters in movies. Many movie characters are also meant to inspire hardworking people to keep going, to tell people not to run away from difficulties, that there will always be a bright tomorrow, and to remind us to cherish life, that we only have one life and we need to make the most of it.

Many people who like to take risks and have fun also don't value themselves, and they joke with their lives, seeking novelty. After so many years, how do you view yourself? What makes you addicted? Sometimes what drives you forward? After experiencing the ups and downs of life, you should also treat yourself well, my friend.

You are the wonderful result of all your wonderful choices! Choice is so important, and willingness is greater than ability. The more pain you can experience, the more you will appreciate the taste of happiness. Taking care of yourself is such an important lesson in everyone's life. Whether others love you or not, you must love yourself! Your existence is so valuable, and you deserve to be happy!

Wishing you all the best!

Hello, question asker. I'm Evan, a counselor at Jingliu School.

From the article, it is clear that the question asker has faced life's setbacks and trials head-on. She never gives up, no matter what the crisis or difficulty may be. I admire her greatly; she has achieved what many people cannot. The question asker's story is inspiring and full of resilience and courage.

The questioner has faced and overcome numerous challenges, including schizophrenia, car accidents, broken bones, and a fatty liver. This kind of perseverance is truly invaluable.

The questioner and Zhang Chi in the movie "Pegasus" have a lot in common. They both have an indomitable spirit and are constantly challenging themselves to achieve their dreams. They are not afraid of failure and forge ahead courageously, ultimately achieving their goals. This kind of spirit is something we can all learn from.

Life is a marathon, full of unknowns and challenges. The questioner suffered from schizophrenia at 15 and a half and did not go to school for five years. But you did not give up. You passed the self-study exam and enrolled in a full-time college, where you graduated successfully.

The questioner was involved in a car accident on the eve of graduation and suffered serious fractures, but they got up and kept going. Then the questioner was involved in a second car accident, again suffering fractures, and was bedridden for a year.

However, the questioner was not defeated by these difficulties. They overcame them through hard work, lost 30 pounds, and reversed their fatty liver.

The story of the original poster proves that with unwavering beliefs and perseverance, you can conquer any challenge. The resilience and fortitude of the original poster are the most valuable assets in your life and the foundation of your success.

I don't know what situation the original poster is in that requires encouragement from everyone. It could be exhaustion or something else. My advice is to stop, take a break, recharge, and fight this miserable life again.

I have some simple advice for the original poster that I hope will encourage and inspire them.

Self-affirmation: After experiencing so many hardships, the questioner has overcome them. Many people would have become dispirited after experiencing one of these hardships, but the questioner has continued to forge ahead. The questioner has also achieved a lot, such as studying on his own to get into college, graduating successfully, and overcoming serious injuries and illnesses. These achievements gained by fighting against life can be recorded on a piece of paper, and the questioner can give himself a big thumbs-up.

You should be proud of these achievements, which are a testament to your resilience and courage.

Set goals. You can and should set clear, achievable short-term and long-term goals for yourself. This will help you stay motivated and give you a sense of satisfaction when you achieve them.

If you find these goals challenging, start with small steps. Discover your strengths daily, recognize your successes, and repeat these positive actions until you feel confident about achieving your long-term goals. No matter how distant the goal may seem, breaking it down into smaller steps makes it achievable. Life is a marathon, so don't rush for immediate results.

Give yourself time to adapt, learn, and grow. Your efforts will pay off.

Learn to be grateful. Along the way, you will find that there are also those friends or family members who have accompanied and encouraged you. Cherish the people and things around you and learn to be grateful.

A grateful heart makes you cherish the present and face life positively. Share your experiences and feelings with the people around you. They can provide support and encouragement.

A listener can bring great comfort and you should be grateful for their listening, as well as for those who have helped, even if they have only verbally encouraged you.

Stay positive. Many major disasters have not defeated the questioner, and the questioner should maintain a positive attitude and believe in their ability to overcome any challenge. A positive attitude will help the questioner cope with difficulties in life.

The question asker should find things in life that interest them, such as sports, art, music, etc. These hobbies will help the question asker find joy in their busy lives, relieve stress, and fill their lives with positivity.

Take control of your physical health and maintain good living habits. A healthy body is the foundation for achieving life goals.

Face failure head-on. The questioner's perseverance is admirable. No matter what kind of blow it is, the questioner can face it bravely and get up again. This is the attitude of Forrest Gump.
