Hello. Recently, I've noticed that every time I do something, I associate its consequences with the negative, and then I feel very tense and afraid. I don't know what to do?

Hello, landlord. I can understand why you're feeling this way, and I'm here to help in any way I can.

We can think of a negative impact for every thought you have.

This is just a sign that you're being prepared for danger in times of peace, and it has both good and bad sides.

The good news is that it can keep us on our toes mentally. It's really helpful to know that things can go wrong, so that we can find better ways to deal with them.

The not-so-great thing is that this can make us feel nervous all day long and keep us on edge. As a result, sometimes we are afraid to do something when we think about the bad things that might happen.

I really believe that this kind of thinking about danger in times of peace is something that can be really helpful. It's just important to know how to do it in moderation.

It's actually really helpful to think about the disadvantages and failure points of everything we do! It'll help us develop and grow in the future.

It can be really helpful to write down these thoughts on a piece of paper and then think about them together with someone you trust.

Or, you could find a family member you're closest to and chat with them about it.

It might be helpful to put yourself in someone else's shoes and see if that changes your answer.

When we have these kinds of thoughts, it's always a good idea to find the people closest to us and share and exchange ideas with them.

Maybe they'll have different answers from a different perspective.

I really hope you find this helpful! It's just my two cents, but I'm always here if you need anything.

By describing your problem in words, you can feel the confusion of the questioner at the moment. The current way of thinking of the questioner will lead us to pay excessive attention to potential negative results, even if the possibility of such results is very small. This situation may trigger unnecessary worries and fears, affecting your daily life and mental health. But don't worry! You can take control of your thinking and your life. For reference:

1. It's time for a change! Re-evaluate and adjust your way of thinking to take a more positive and realistic view of things. Focus on the positive and forget about potential negative outcomes!

2. When you feel worried or afraid, it's a great idea to record your thoughts! By observing and recording your thoughts, you can easily identify and deal with negative thinking patterns.

It's time to learn how to separate the issues! Distinguish between what has already happened and is real, and what has not happened and is imagined.

3. Learn some amazing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and meditation. These techniques can help you reduce physical and mental tension and relieve the anxiety caused by negative thinking.

If this kind of negative thinking seriously affects your daily life for a long time, you should definitely seek professional psychological counseling!

4. The great thing is, there are so many ways to look at things! We can consider problems from multiple perspectives, rather than just one. And there are all kinds of exercises we can try! One is to associate the outcome of a matter with its worst possible outcome. This can really get the mind going! We can ask ourselves questions like, "I feel very scared about this matter. Why am I scared?" until we can't answer anymore. And sometimes, after we've predicted the worst possible outcome of a matter, it is easier to accept the outcome.

5. I also highly recommend a book to the original poster, "The Courage to Be Disliked." Through the engaging dialogue between a young man and a philosopher, I'm confident you'll gain something truly special.

I really hope the above can inspire and help you! I can't wait to meet a better you. The world loves you with us!

It sounds like you're going through a tough time. Maybe it would ease your mind to write down your thoughts and fears. Sometimes seeing them on paper makes them seem less overwhelming. Have you tried that?
