Abigail Knight, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Coastal Mind Care, a private practice nestled in the heart of San Diego, California. With a focus on enhancing mental wellness through compassionate care, Abigail specializes in treating depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders, utilizing advanced therapies like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide personalized support for her clients.
Knight's dedication to mental health advocacy has led to the publication of several books, including "Empowering Teens Through Resilience," "Finding Light After Darkness," and "A Guide to Thriving with Trauma."
