Albert

Motto:A man without ethics is a wild beast loosed upon this world.
Albert Li, Ph.D., has contributed more than 120 scholarly articles, focusing on the interplay between urban environments and mental health. He also explores the impact of digital technology on interpersonal relationships, the experiences of individuals undergoing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and the evolving role of tech companies in mental health support.
Albert serves on the advisory committees for the Global Urban Mental Health Alliance and the Digital Wellbeing Initiative, based in San Francisco. For the past 8 years, he has been actively involved as an editor for the academic journal Urban Mind, contributing significantly to the discourse around city living and psychological wellbeing. Additionally, Albert is the co-editor of various publications, including "The Urban Brain: Adapting to City Life" (Li A, Thompson S, Sage Publications, 2019) and "A Practical Guide to Enhancing Mental Health in the Digital Age" (Li A, Martinez L, APA Books, 2020).
In March 2024, Albert embarked on a new project in Berlin, where he will lead a workshop series aimed at promoting mental health awareness among young professionals. This initiative seeks to bridge the gap between traditional therapeutic approaches and innovative technological solutions, fostering a supportive community that encourages open dialogue about mental health challenges in fast-paced urban settings.
