Motto:The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they want to do.

Alexanderia, a dedicated sociologist, author, and mentor, is passionate about fostering understanding between cultural studies and everyday life. Her academic work has explored the dynamics of community resilience and social change, with papers on urban development, youth empowerment, multiculturalism, and digital inclusion. In her role as a practitioner, she focuses on community-based participatory research, social entrepreneurship, and civic engagement.

Recently, Alexanderia moved to Berlin, Germany, where she has taken up a new challenge: spearheading an innovative project that aims to transform vacant city spaces into vibrant community hubs. This initiative, launched in early 2024, brings together local artists, small business owners, and residents to create spaces that reflect the diverse cultures and histories of the neighborhoods. Through workshops, public forums, and collaborative events, she encourages dialogue and cooperation among different groups, promoting a sense of belonging and shared ownership.

Alexanderia earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Oxford, where she was awarded the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship. She also holds a Master’s degree in Urban Studies from Sciences Po in Paris, where she was recognized for her outstanding contributions to urban policy research. Before relocating to Berlin, she lived in London, UK, where she was actively involved in various community projects and enjoyed exploring the city's rich tapestry of street art.

In her free time, Alexanderia can often be found at local coffee shops, sipping a cappuccino while sketching ideas for her next book or chatting with friends about the latest trends in social innovation. She is always eager to meet new people and learn from their stories, believing that every conversation is an opportunity to grow and make a difference in the world.
