Archie

Motto:The most important thing in communication is to hear what isn't being said.
Archie Thompson, a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and his MSW from the University of Sydney. His latest book, Embracing Strength: A Path Beyond Anxiety, was published by HarperCollins in 2023. Archie runs a thriving psychotherapy practice in Brisbane, Australia, where he dedicates his time to helping individuals overcome anxiety disorders and build resilience.
Archie's journey began when he moved to Australia in early 2019, settling in the vibrant city of Brisbane. Inspired by the diverse community around him and driven by a desire to make a difference, Archie quickly established himself as a leading voice in mental health. Through workshops, public speaking, and one-on-one sessions, he has touched countless lives, offering guidance and support to those navigating the challenges of mental wellness.
In his free time, Archie enjoys exploring the beautiful coastlines of Queensland, often found hiking along the Gold Coast or surfing at popular beaches. He also volunteers with local organizations, promoting mental health education and stigma reduction. With every step, Archie is committed to spreading hope and empowering others to lead fulfilling lives.
