Athena Simmons, Ph.D., is a dedicated psychologist based in the bustling city of Austin, Texas. After earning her master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Simmons completed her APA-accredited internship at Boston University in Massachusetts and a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Simmons leads workshops on resilience-building and emotional intelligence across North America, empowering individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives.
