Austin Hart prepares teams to thrive in the face of dramatic shifts. As a prominent speaker and consultant on innovation in volatile markets and sustainable growth strategies, Austin authored "Tidal Shifts: Navigating Business Through Radical Change."

Previously, Austin served as the Chief Visionary Officer at TechNova, guiding its long-term strategic initiatives, worked as a creative lead at PixelCraft Studios, and was the founding partner of several ventures that brought over 400 innovative solutions to life. He acts as a board advisor for Nova Insights, an influential market analysis company with a presence in more than 50 countries.

Austin consults internationally on disruptive technologies and sustainable business practices with a diverse clientele, from automotive giants like Tesla to tech leaders such as Apple, telecom firms like AT&T, food industry stalwarts including Nestle, and institutions like the European Union and Stanford University's d.school.

Currently, Austin is the Innovator-in-Residence at FutureFrame Labs, where he collaborates with the team that imagines the technology seen in films like Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, The Matrix Resurrections, and Dune, crafting both cinematic props and practical applications for everyday use.

A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a focus on digital design, Austin also completed advanced studies in entrepreneurship at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is regularly sought after as a key thought leader, delivering speeches and contributing articles to platforms such as TEDx, the World Economic Forum, Bloomberg, McKinsey & Company, Wired, and the MIT Technology Review.
