Beatrix is an accomplished coach and innovation specialist who has collaborated with executives at startups to maximize personal growth and foster exceptional performance within their teams. Over the past 15 years, she has conducted seminars in over 40 countries, covering topics such as fostering creativity, enhancing team dynamics, decision-making processes, establishing authentic connections, promoting transparent communication, encouraging collaborative problem-solving, nurturing a culture of safety and experimentation, questioning established practices, and embracing change.
One of Beatrix's significant achievements includes developing the "Empowerment Through Innovation" (ETI) online seminar series for 3,000 employees at a leading renewable energy firm. She also crafted workshops aimed at cultivating leadership and teamwork for middle managers at an international fashion brand. Additionally, Beatrix organized strategic planning sessions for 2,000 department heads at a prominent media corporation.
Beatrix's career highlights include her tenure as chief learning officer at SolarFlare Energy and founding BrightPath Learning, an educational platform that develops immersive virtual reality experiences for professional development. She has engaged with several notable clients, including Tesla, Airbnb, Spotify, Patagonia, and National Geographic. Beatrix earned her MBA from Stanford University and has been a guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at the business schools of Stanford, Berkeley, and UCLA. She authored The Art of Shifting Paradigms: Transforming Challenges into Opportunities (Harper Business, 2020), and she calls San Francisco, CA, USA, her home.
