Beckett Knight, a certified coach and ADHD specialist, is making waves in the community of Austin, Texas. Since 2023, Beckett has been empowering individuals with ADHD to unlock their potential and lead more fulfilling lives. By offering personalized coaching sessions that are grounded in the latest research and tailored strategies for enhancing focus, productivity, and self-esteem, Beckett has become a go-to expert for those navigating the challenges of adult ADHD.
Operating from his vibrant studio in downtown Austin, Beckett provides a holistic approach to ADHD management. His services include one-on-one coaching, workshops, and support groups designed to foster a supportive community where participants can thrive. He also offers virtual coaching for those who prefer remote assistance or live outside of Austin.
Beckett earned his credentials through an intensive training program at the University of Texas at Austin. Before striking out on his own, he collaborated closely with renowned psychologist Dr. Laura Martinez at the Mindful Living Center. Currently, Beckett serves as the Director of Community Outreach at Focus Forward Coaching, where he spearheads initiatives aimed at supporting adults with ADHD.
Beckett is passionate about raising awareness around ADHD and frequently contributes articles and videos to platforms like Medium and YouTube. In addition, he's the founder of StepsAustin, a community service organization that connects low-income Austinites with mental health professionals willing to offer their expertise free of charge.
