Blair Jameson Frost

Blair Jameson Frost, Ph.D., is a professor of psychology and the head of the wellness studies department at Stanford University. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, Blair's courses on The Psychology Behind Healthy Living attract hundreds of eager students each semester. Over the past two decades, Blair has dedicated their career to researching mental health and wellness practices.
Blair’s newest publication, Thriving Mind: A Guide to Lifelong Wellness (2024, Oxford), builds upon their previous works such as Embrace You: A Journey to Self-Acceptance (2022) and The Path to Inner Peace: Navigating Adolescence with Confidence (2020). These books cater to young individuals, guiding them through the tumultuous years of growing up while fostering a positive outlook on life and self. In addition, Blair has contributed to several other publications, including The Handbook of Psychological Wellbeing (2023; Springer, co-editor), Cultivating Resilience (2019, Oxford, co-editor), and Break Free from Negative Thoughts (2015).
