Bradford J. Holmes, Ph.D., has been a pivotal figure in mental health education at Stanford University, the Global Mental Health Alliance, and Silicon Valley startups since 2018. At Stanford, Bradford earned accolades including the Distinguished Educator Award among other recognitions for his innovative teaching methods and community service.
Based in Palo Alto, California, Bradford has authored 12 books that delve into various aspects of mental wellness, personal growth, and overcoming adversity. His works have been translated into 15 languages and titles include "The Path to Inner Peace", "Building Emotional Strength", "Coping with Modern Stress", and "Unlocking Your True Potential".
