Brooke

Motto:You can't please everyone, so please yourself.
Brooke Mason, Ph.D., is a certified American psychologist, researcher, educator, and performance coach with a focus on behavioral psychology. She has enhanced the skills of professional dancers, Broadway performers, and elite gymnasts by integrating Emotional Resilience Training into their routines. A co-founder of Empathy Driven Coaching and a Research Fellow at the University of Texas, Brooke collaborated with NASA to create the Pre-Astronaut Adaptability Program. Currently, she aids in the development of resilience and adaptability within educational institutions and tech startups across Silicon Valley. She is the co-author of "The Turning Point" (Penguin Random House, 2024; foreword by Serena Williams).
In early 2023, Brooke embarked on this journey from her home base in San Francisco, where she combined her expertise in psychology with her passion for helping others reach their full potential. Her innovative methods have not only boosted individual performances but also fostered a positive change in team dynamics. Always looking for new challenges, Brooke's work with NASA pushed her to explore the psychological demands placed on astronauts during space missions. This experience led her to refine her training programs, ensuring they were equipped to handle high-stress environments.
Now, as we move deeper into 2024, Brooke continues to inspire and support individuals and organizations in adapting to rapid changes in technology and society. Through workshops and seminars held in various locations around California, she shares her knowledge and insights, encouraging participants to embrace resilience as a key component of personal and professional growth.
