Caleb Johnson is a New York native and currently calls Brooklyn his home. Caleb studied at New York University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology before heading over to Columbia University for his Master's in Social Work. For the past seven years, Caleb has been dedicated to social work, focusing on community development and youth empowerment.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Caleb has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which he uses to help adolescents and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. He works at an urban youth center and also maintains a private practice offering personalized therapy sessions.
Caleb has a particular interest in guiding young men from underprivileged backgrounds, helping them find their path in life and overcome societal challenges. He is committed to fostering resilience and promoting mental health awareness among teenagers and young adults. His passion lies in supporting this demographic in building confidence and achieving personal growth.
