Carlotta Morgan, Ph.D., is a dedicated and board-certified psychologist with a specialized focus on resilience building. She currently holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor of psychology at Southern California University.

Carlotta completed her doctoral training in psychology at UCLA, where she also took on the role of Lead Research Fellow for several groundbreaking studies on stress reduction techniques. Dr. Morgan has a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and has undergone advanced CBT training at the Los Angeles Institute of Cognitive Therapy.

Living in sunny Los Angeles, Carlotta is an active community leader who volunteers her time on the Advisory Board for the California Psychological Association's Outreach Program. Her greatest passion lies in helping individuals harness their inner strength to overcome personal challenges and thrive in all aspects of life. Through her roles as a psychologist, educator, and motivational speaker, she aims to inspire and equip people with the tools they need to flourish.

In pursuit of this goal, Dr. Morgan’s insights have been featured in various platforms such as The Huffington Post, Mindful Magazine, Greater Good Science Center, TEDx Talks, and numerous podcasts. Her work reflects her commitment to empowering others and promoting mental well-being in today's fast-paced world.
