Caroline Josephine Ford, Ph.D., is a distinguished clinical psychologist, motivational speaker, educator, and celebrated author. Her latest book, *Embrace Your Path: Overcoming Self-Doubt to Achieve the Life You Deserve*, which stemmed from a wildly popular mental wellness challenge she designed for Mindful Magazine, hit the shelves this past March. Caroline has been an integral part of UCLA's psychology department for ten years, where she was recently honored with an award for outstanding teaching excellence by the Association for Psychological Science.
