Casey

Motto:In the pursuit of excellence, there is no finish line.
Casey Thompson is a writer and certified life coach who offers guidance on personal development, career transitions, self-esteem, and relationship building. After experiencing a transformative period in her mid-thirties, Casey decided to pursue her passion for helping others navigate through life's challenges. She moved to Portland, Oregon, where she completed a certification program focused on empowering individuals to find their voice and purpose.
In recent years, Casey has been dedicating her time to exploring how people can effectively communicate during pivotal moments in their lives. Inspired by her own journey of self-discovery, she is currently working on her debut book, tentatively titled "Speak Your Truth." The manuscript delves into the importance of honest dialogue and its impact on personal growth.
This past spring, Casey organized a series of workshops in a cozy community center nestled in the heart of Portland. Participants were encouraged to share their stories and engage in deep conversations that often lead to profound realizations about themselves and their connections with others. Casey believes that everyone has a unique story worth telling and that through storytelling, we can build stronger communities and foster understanding.
Operating from a charming studio in downtown Portland, Casey continues to support her clients in finding clarity and direction in their lives, all while promoting a culture of openness and authenticity.
