Chloe M. Foster, an avid environmental activist and painter, has recently established Bloom & Root, a vibrant community garden and workshop space in the heart of Portland, Oregon. As of December 2024, Chloe's initiative has been transforming a once neglected urban lot into a thriving green oasis where locals gather to learn, create, and share ideas on sustainable living. Inspired by nature and driven by the belief that every small action can lead to significant change, Chloe organizes weekly workshops that cover everything from composting and permaculture to crafting with recycled materials. Through her efforts, she aims to cultivate not only plants but also a resilient community spirit, fostering connections between people and the planet.
