She is a sought-after international speaker, a licensed clinical therapist, and a certified coach in emotional intelligence. Damariss also holds the position of Associate Professor and Director of Emotional Wellness Programs at the Institute for Personal Growth located in San Francisco. Over the past fifteen years, Damariss has specialized in helping individuals harness the power of vulnerability to foster personal growth and deeper connections with others. She has established and led wellness workshops across various communities, promoting mental health awareness.
