Drew Johnson, Ph.D., is a distinguished Full Professor and celebrated educator in the Department of Cognitive Science at the University of California, San Diego, and also serves as a Research Affiliate at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla. Drew recently took on the role of Editor-in-Chief for the prestigious Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience (starting January 2025) and was the lead editor for the anthology "The Mind's Canvas: Exploring the Frontiers of Perception" (2019; MIT Press). He spearheaded the compilation of "Neural Pathways: The Future of Artificial Intelligence and Human Interaction" (2021; Princeton University Press).
