Eleonora Martinez, Ph.D., is now the Chief Visionary Officer at Mindful Horizons, a pioneering consultancy that integrates mindfulness and psychological principles into corporate strategy. Born in a small coastal town in Spain, Eleonora moved to Berlin, Germany, at the age of 12, where she was raised with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and languages. She pursued her passion for psychology, earning her doctorate from Humboldt University in Berlin.
Today, Eleonora leads Mindful Horizons, guiding the firm’s mission to enhance workplace well-being through innovative psychological approaches. Prior to this role, Eleonora co-founded and served as CEO of Serenity Solutions, a wellness consulting firm that grew to become a leader in its sector, operating in 18 countries across Europe and Asia over two decades. During her tenure, she worked closely with CEOs and leadership teams, offering strategic advice on organizational culture and employee mental health initiatives.
Beyond her professional achievements, Eleonora is an advocate for arts integration in education and serves as the President of the Berlin Arts Foundation. She also sits on the advisory board of GreenTech Innovations, a company dedicated to sustainable technology. Eleonora is committed to exploring how psychological insights can address contemporary challenges in society and the environment, and she frequently shares her expertise at international forums and educational seminars.
Her book, "The Harmony Principle," published in 2023, has been instrumental in promoting mindful leadership and has inspired leaders worldwide to prioritize balance and empathy in their management styles. In recognition of her contributions, Eleonora was honored as one of Forbes' 50 Most Innovative Leaders in 2024. Through her work, she continues to champion the importance of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity in the global business landscape.
