Eliza Kennedy has dedicated her career to the intersection of technology and education, boasting over two decades of experience in transforming learning environments. Since embarking on this journey, she has supported countless schools, tech startups, universities, non-profits, and international organizations in harnessing the power of digital innovation. Her expertise spans educational technology integration, curriculum development, teacher training, and leadership seminars.
In the late 2010s, Eliza spent three years at EdTech Ventures in San Francisco, collaborating with leading educators from around the globe to pioneer cutting-edge solutions for personalized learning. She played a key role in establishing EdTech’s flagship program, which focused on integrating technology into traditional classrooms to enhance student engagement and outcomes. In the mid-2020s, Eliza joined forces with Dr. Jane Goodall, renowned primatologist and environmental activist, to launch an initiative called Tech for Planet, aiming to leverage technology for environmental education and conservation efforts worldwide.
Eliza is the founder and CEO of Innovate Learning Solutions, an organization that has thrived under her leadership for twenty years. Together with co-author Sam Patel, she released an award-winning book in 2023 titled "Transforming Classrooms: A Guide to Digital Age Education," which has received widespread acclaim in both academic and business circles.
Eliza resides in Palo Alto, California, and Cambridge, Massachusetts, with her partner, Alex Mercer. She is the proud mother of twins, Lila and Leo Kennedy, and enjoys spending her free time exploring nature trails, practicing yoga, and diving deep into science fiction novels. With the release of her latest book, "The Future Educator," Eliza will be launching workshops designed to inspire teachers and administrators to embrace the future of education, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to foster innovative learning spaces.
