Elizabeth Rose Parker

Motto:Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved.
Elizabeth Rose Parker, M.A., is a seasoned therapist, educator, and motivational speaker with a focus on personal development. She has penned three books exploring the intersection of mindfulness and mental health: Mindful Living (2017), Embrace Your Anxiety (2020), and A Guide to Inner Peace for Millennials (2019). Her upcoming publication, Finding Serenity in 7 Steps, is set to launch in Australia in 2024. Additionally, Elizabeth will introduce her online program, Mastering Mindfulness!, in June 2024.
Affectionately known as 'Ms. E', Elizabeth serves as a life coach to Grammy Award winners, bestselling authors, and Olympians. Her clientele spans across various professions including entrepreneurs, educators, parents, healthcare workers, musicians, and performers. She travels globally to speak at conferences and workshops, sharing insights with diverse audiences at venues ranging from tech startups in San Francisco to prestigious institutions like Oxford University.
Elizabeth graduated summa cum laude from the University of Edinburgh (Scotland) and earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University (Massachusetts, USA). Over the past thirty years, she has been involved in education, focusing on innovative teaching methods that foster emotional intelligence and resilience in students.
Alongside her professional pursuits, Elizabeth has a deep passion for the arts. Having studied under renowned choreographers in Paris during the early 2000s, she has produced several dance performances featuring individuals with disabilities, highlighting their talents and promoting inclusivity. This work led to her invitation as a mentor at the London Arts Festival, where she worked alongside artists to bring their visions to life. Elizabeth also directs dance at the Royal Academy of Dance in London and is the Founder and Creative Director of Dance Heart, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing dancers' expressiveness and connection with their audience.
Beyond her public engagements, Elizabeth has supported her two younger siblings in their artistic endeavors: sister Lily Parker, a prominent ballet dancer, and brother Thomas Parker, an acclaimed painter. Elizabeth's husband, Jonathan, is a documentary filmmaker. Together, they split their time between London and the French Riviera. Ms. Parker can be contacted at [email protected].
