Elliott Woods is the Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Innovation at the London School of Economics. Prior to joining the LSE faculty, Woods was the Vice President of Talent Development at Google, where he spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Based in London, Professor Woods has been instrumental in shaping MBA and executive education programs that focus on innovation management, leadership development, and organizational transformation. He has led several key courses including 'Leadership for the Digital Age' and 'Driving Change Through Innovation'. Woods has also designed specialized workshops aimed at equipping leaders with the skills needed to thrive in fast-paced tech-driven environments.

Woods travels extensively, delivering keynote speeches and participating in executive forums across Europe and beyond. He works closely with startups and established enterprises alike, advising them on strategies for embracing digital transformation and leveraging technology to drive growth. His latest book, titled 'Navigating the Digital Shift: Strategies for Thriving in an AI-First World', delves into how organizations can successfully adapt to the rapid changes brought about by artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

Previously, Elliott co-authored 'Building Bridges: Leadership in Collaborative Networks' (Oxford University Press, 2019) which explores the importance of collaboration in today's interconnected business landscape. He has contributed articles to prestigious journals such as the Harvard Business Review, discussing topics like 'The Future of Work in the Age of Automation' and 'How to Cultivate a Culture of Lifelong Learning'.

Professor Woods earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge, followed by a master's degree from the University of Oxford, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from King's College London. He also completed an advanced management program at INSEAD.
