Emmett James Singleton, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Professor of Leadership and Innovation at the newly established Greenleaf Academy in Austin, Texas, and serves as the Chief Advisor for the Institute for Ethical Leadership. Emmett has dedicated his career to exploring how leaders can foster authentic connections and navigate the complexities of modern leadership, with a particular focus on empathy and emotional intelligence in an increasingly digital world.
