Faith

Faith Thompson, M.Ed., is a dedicated educator at the Bright Horizons Learning Center in Austin, Texas, and collaborates closely with the Global Education Network. Faith's passion lies in exploring how innovative teaching methods can inspire students to reach their full potential and foster a lifelong love for learning. In her daily practice, she focuses on (a) identifying and nurturing the unique talents and interests of each student through personalized learning plans, (b) integrating technology into the classroom to create engaging, interactive, and accessible learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles, and (c) developing strategies that support teachers in creating inclusive and supportive educational environments.

Over the past decade, Faith has shared her insights and methodologies at numerous conferences and workshops across the United States. She has also authored more than 50 articles, guides, and digital resources aimed at enhancing education practices. As of April 2024, Faith has taken on a new role as the Lead Consultant for the National Education Association’s Innovation in Education program, where she continues to advocate for progressive and effective educational reforms. Her work is driven by a belief in the power of education to transform lives and build stronger communities.
