Felicity Kennedy

Motto:Jack of all trades, master of none.
Felicity Kennedy is an advocate and program coordinator at the Greenfield Community Foundation, a well-regarded organization dedicated to fostering inclusivity and support for individuals with disabilities. Based in Portland, Oregon, the Foundation works tirelessly by pinpointing areas where resources for disability support are lacking within elementary schools and community colleges, as well as by initiating local and regional activities aimed at promoting greater understanding and acceptance.
In her role, Felicity has significantly contributed to enhancing accessibility in educational settings over the past decade. She served on the Board of Directors for Bridges: Pathways to Inclusive Education, an organization that champions education for all children regardless of their abilities. Additionally, Felicity was part of the Board of Directors for the Portland Community Fund (PCF), where she chaired the Accessibility Services Committee and the Special Needs Education Panel. She previously led the Helen Grant Initiative at PCF, which focuses on empowering women and girls through scholarships and mentorship programs both inside and outside the local community.
Felicity also volunteers on the Disability Advocacy Group of Greater Portland and sits on the advisory board of the Youth Empowerment Network of Greater Portland (YENGP). She is actively involved with Unity Circle, a non-profit supporting individuals with diverse learning needs, and chairs its fundraising committee. Through her work, Felicity aims to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, learn, and contribute meaningfully to society.
