Frederick King, Ph.D., has dedicated his professional journey to guiding top-tier executives and their organizations towards achieving peak performance. As a seasoned consultant with a background in cognitive psychology, Frederick helps leaders unlock the potential of their teams and navigate the complexities of today's fast-paced, technology-driven global market. His expertise lies in fostering innovative leadership practices, enhancing intercultural communication, and building resilient organizational structures that thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
Since 2022, Frederick has been based in Silicon Valley, California, where he serves as a senior advisor for tech startups and established enterprises alike. Previously, he held the position of vice president of human capital strategy at a leading multinational corporation headquartered in Berlin, Germany, where he spearheaded initiatives aimed at optimizing workforce development and strategic planning. In addition to his corporate roles, Frederick has lectured at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and served on the advisory board for several emerging ventures focused on AI and machine learning applications in business management.
Frederick earned his bachelor’s degree in cognitive science from Yale University, followed by a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Oxford. He completed his doctoral studies in organizational behavior at Harvard University. An active member of the Association for Psychological Science and the Academy of Management, Frederick is also certified as an Organizational Psychologist by the American Psychological Association. He holds a certificate in advanced leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. When not advising or teaching, Frederick can be found exploring the latest trends in technology and innovation from his home base in San Francisco.
