Genevieve Woods

Motto:Measure twice, cut once.
Genevieve Woods is a celebrated author, educator, and advocate for environmental sustainability who has inspired communities across the globe, including those in Paris, Berlin, Tokyo, Sydney, and the United Nations. She collaborates with individuals, educators, and groups to enhance eco-conscious practices and promote sustainable living for a healthier planet.
Genevieve embarked on her journey as an influential voice in environmental advocacy at the age of 20. Her initial public speaking engagements were centered around engaging youth in discussions about climate change and its impacts. This soon expanded to educating adults—community leaders, policymakers, and business owners—on strategies to adopt green policies and practices that benefit both people and the environment.
By the age of 23, Genevieve had authored four acclaimed books, presented a TEDx Talk, delivered keynote speeches at conferences attracting over 1,500 attendees, and collaborated with organizations involving up to 50,000 participants, all while pursuing her studies full-time at the University of Oxford. In her final year, she also earned certification as a sustainability consultant.
Upon completing her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Oxford in 2024, Genevieve established a consultancy firm. Leveraging her unique perspective as a Millennial and her deep understanding of intergenerational environmental challenges, she partners with schools, businesses, and governmental bodies to address and bridge the knowledge gaps surrounding sustainability issues both within professional settings and at home.
Beyond her consultancy work, Genevieve remains committed to organizing workshops and delivering keynotes to universities, community groups, primary/secondary students, parents, teachers, and professionals. She focuses on how to communicate effectively about environmental concerns, how to implement sustainable solutions, and how to inspire collective action towards a greener future.
