George Collins

George Collins, Ph.D., is a renowned Professor of Environmental Science at the University of California, San Diego, and also serves as a Leading Research Scientist at Stanford University. Formerly, George was the Director of the Coastal Studies Institute and holds the position of Distinguished Emeritus Professor of Ecology. He has been an influential figure in academia, having held professorships at Duke University (Distinguished University Professor) and the University of Miami, Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science.
