George Owen Fox, PhD, has made significant contributions to the field of environmental sustainability. As an author and researcher, he has penned numerous influential articles featured in top-tier journals along with two books that have shaped modern approaches to conservation. In 2023, George was awarded a prestigious fellowship through the Global Environmental Leadership Initiative based in London. He has shared his expertise as a lecturer at Cambridge University and Berlin Institute of Technology.
Currently, George serves as the chief program officer at the non-profit GreenVest, located in Vancouver. Here, he spearheads projects aimed at promoting sustainable urban development and supports groundbreaking research into renewable energy solutions. Through his work, George is dedicated to building a future where communities thrive in harmony with nature, ensuring access to green technologies and innovative practices for all.
