Gilles Marquet, PhD, is a certified clinical psychologist with a focus on adolescent mental health and development, serving as an Associate Professor at the Paris School of Psychology. Gilles has been deeply involved in the "Youth Growth Initiative," a long-term research project funded by the French Ministry of Health that examines the psychological development of adolescents in the city of Lyon. He has collaborated closely with the local organization "Minds Matter" on various initiatives aimed at improving mental health education and engaging youth in participatory research.

Recently, Gilles spearheaded a community-based study exploring the effects of urban living on adolescent well-being in Marseille. Dr. Marquet is also the co-author of the book, *Understanding Adolescence: A Guide for Today’s Teens and Parents* (Éditions First).

Sophie Durand, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician specializing in adolescent health and an influential figure in her field, practicing at the Hôpital Necker in Paris and teaching at the prestigious Sorbonne University. Dr. Durand plays a key role in the "Adolescent Development and Environment" program, which investigates the impact of environmental factors on puberty and overall health. She was honored with the Community Health Advocate Award from "Healthier Futures" for her dedication to this research.

Dr. Durand frequently contributes to discussions on teen health and wellness, authoring numerous articles on topics such as adolescent nutrition and physical activity. In addition to maintaining an active clinical practice, she is the co-author of *Understanding Adolescence: A Guide for Today’s Teens and Parents* (Éditions First).
