Motto:By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.
Grace Emily Price, PhD, is a pioneering psychologist and co-founder of Blossom Wellness Center in Austin, Texas, dedicated to revolutionizing mental health support. Grace completed her education at the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her doctorate in psychology, completed a residency in clinical psychology, and served as an associate professor. She is renowned for her innovative approaches in treating anxiety disorders, particularly those that have not responded to conventional treatments, by integrating cutting-edge research with traditional therapeutic practices.
Under Grace's leadership, Blossom Wellness Center has evolved into one of the most advanced centers for personalized neurofeedback therapy globally. She played a crucial role in advancing the development of the NEURO-BOOST protocol, a novel treatment for anxiety disorders that customizes therapy based on individual brain activity patterns. This was among the first treatments to gain approval from relevant health authorities for using real-time brain data. Grace introduced the CALM-WAVE program at Blossom, offering a 5-day intensive therapy that tailors its approach to address various mental health issues effectively. Recently, she contributed to groundbreaking research identifying specific neural pathways involved in generalized anxiety disorder and was the first to apply this knowledge in clinical settings.
Grace remains committed to exploring new therapies for neurological conditions and ensuring these innovations reach those who need them most. She authored "Embracing Calm: Insights from My Journey with Anxious Patients," which shares valuable lessons about resilience, hope, and flourishing in life. Grace enjoys mentoring the next generation of psychologists, spending quality time with her partner, Lucas, exploring nature trails, and engaging in deep discussions over coffee at local cafes.
