Griffin Young is a dedicated educator at the University of Melbourne. His passion lies in exploring adolescent mental health and development. Beyond his numerous research papers, Griffin has authored five insightful books that have resonated with readers worldwide, such as "Empowering Youth: Unlocking Potential for Personal Growth", "The Mindful Teenager", and "Overcoming Anxiety in Adolescence".

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Griffin has been honored with multiple accolades, including the Educator of the Year award three times, the Innovation in Mental Health Research Award from the Australian Psychological Society, and the Distinguished Service Award for his work in youth advocacy.
