Harper Stewart

Motto:The first step in the acquisition of wisdom is silence, the second listening, the third memory, the fourth practice, the fifth - teaching others.
Harper Stewart is a public health advocate exploring the impact of community engagement on mental wellness and strategies to foster more supportive living environments. Her work integrates various sociological theories and practical approaches to deepen our understanding of how social connections can enhance mental health. She is pursuing her doctoral studies at the University of Sydney (Australia), where she focuses on the role of community resilience in mitigating the effects of natural disasters on mental health.
After graduating with a degree in sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, Harper spent several years as a project manager for a non-profit organization in San Francisco. She later moved to New Zealand and Italy, where she worked on initiatives promoting cultural exchange and youth empowerment. Eventually, Harper returned to Australia, inspired by the diverse experiences abroad to contribute to academic research aimed at improving community health outcomes.
In her current role, Harper collaborates with local communities to develop programs that encourage active participation in health decision-making processes. She also explores innovative ways to utilize technology for better communication between healthcare providers and patients, believing this can lead to more personalized care and improved quality of life. Harper's work is set against the backdrop of the vibrant city of Sydney, where she enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life and working towards a healthier future together.
