Holden M. Carter, Ph.D., is a passionate clinical psychologist and mental health advocate based in Seattle, Washington. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, and resilience building, Holden has dedicated his career to helping individuals overcome life's challenges. Over the past decade, he has become a prominent figure in advocating for mental health awareness within the LGBTQ+ community.
In recent years, Holden has taken his message across various platforms, from intimate town hall meetings in local community centers to large-scale conferences like the Queer Mental Health Symposium at Stanford University.
