Hugh Anderson, MBA, and David Carter, MBA, are seasoned therapists and co-founders of The Boston Institute for Psychological Wellness, dedicated to offering training programs for mental health professionals and advising companies on employee mental health and wellbeing. Hugh is the current President and David serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Ainsworth Institute, a leading US organization focused on relationship-based therapy.
Prior to their work at these institutions, Hugh and David spent over 15 years in the heart of New York City's bustling financial district, tackling some of the most intricate challenges in corporate finance and influencing investment strategies that impacted countless businesses and individuals. They have now channeled their extensive experience into writing "An Honest Guide to Therapy: Understanding its Power, Purpose, and Practice."
