Isaac Thompson, a leading expert in sustainable technology and innovation, shares practical insights on fostering adaptability—a critical skill for professionals and groups aiming to navigate the rapidly evolving tech landscape with confidence. Recognized internationally for his work in green tech and community engagement, Isaac is an influential speaker, author, mentor, and consultant whose mission is to inspire continuous growth and environmental stewardship. In 2023, he was honored as Innovator of the Year by the Global Green Initiative.

Based in Silicon Valley, Isaac has been at the helm of EcoVantage since its inception in 2010. His clientele spans from Tesla and Google to local municipalities and international NGOs. Most recently, Isaac has focused on projects that promote sustainable urban development.

Thompson teaches at Stanford University, collaborates with the Environmental Defense Fund, and serves on the advisory board of the Silicon Valley Tech Council. He earned his Ph.D. in Environmental Science from UC Berkeley and holds a Master's in Engineering from MIT.
