Motto:Where there's smoke, there's fire.
Isaac Brown is a consultant, mentor, and workshop leader with a keen focus on the role of innovation in leadership. His online seminars on Coursera include "The Innovator's Blueprint" and "Cultivating Creativity in Teams." He authored the book The Quiet Leader: Inspiring Change in a Noisy World (Random House), which was praised by Business Insider as "a beacon for leaders seeking to make waves without making noise." Isaac stepped away from his position at a leading tech startup in 2023 after nearly two decades of shaping its growth from a garage project into an industry giant. Passionate about exploring leadership styles that range from traditional to avant-garde, effective or flawed, Isaac founded Spark Forge Leadership Development in Austin, Texas. He earned his B.S. in Behavioral Science from Stanford University and completed his MBA at the University of Texas at Austin. His insights have been featured in TechCrunch and MIT Sloan Management Review.
Today, Isaac enjoys sharing his knowledge with aspiring leaders around the world, encouraging them to embrace their unique voice in the realm of business. From his base in Austin, he continues to inspire and challenge leaders to rethink what it means to lead in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
