Jason Alexander Phillips

Motto:Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow."
Jason Alexander Phillips is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Sunset Boulevard Wellness Center in Los Angeles. Alongside his private practice, Jason serves as a clinical supervisor for doctoral students at the University of Southern California's Psychology Department and lectures part-time at UCLA's School of Medicine on mental health topics.
In his practice, Jason focuses on helping individuals who are facing challenges with stress management, emotional regulation, career transitions, self-esteem issues, and personal growth. He offers personalized support to those aiming to enhance their quality of life and reach their full potential. With an empathetic ear and a compassionate approach, he employs evidence-based practices such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to facilitate clients' journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Jason believes in creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. His therapeutic style integrates elements from humanistic psychology, solution-focused brief therapy, and existential psychotherapy, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. Committed to fostering resilience and empowerment, he collaborates closely with his clients to develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and building meaningful connections.
Drawing upon over a decade of experience and continuous education in the field, Jason's work is enriched by his passion for promoting mental wellness within the community. On December 5, 2024, he hosted a workshop at the LA Convention Center, aimed at educating the public about the importance of mental health awareness and providing tools for maintaining psychological well-being.
