Jayden Thompson, a certified Life Coach and Motivational Speaker based in San Francisco, has dedicated over two decades to empowering individuals and transforming communities. With a background that spans both corporate and personal development sectors, Jayden specializes in guiding people through significant life changes and fostering resilience.
Since 2004, Jayden has been actively involved in community outreach programs, motivational speaking, and leadership workshops aimed at youth empowerment. His passion lies in helping young adults find their voice and purpose in an increasingly complex world.
Jayden earned his B.A. from Stanford University in psychology, with a minor in business administration. He then pursued further education, obtaining an M.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in organizational behavior, and a certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. Alongside his academic achievements, Jayden has hands-on experience in career counseling, team building, conflict resolution, and stress management techniques such as mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies.
Moreover, Jayden is known for his work in social entrepreneurship, having launched several initiatives that provide mentorship and resources to underserved communities. He has partnered with local government agencies and non-profits to create sustainable programs that support mental health awareness and economic opportunities for youth. In 2023, he was honored with the Community Impact Award at the Global Social Innovation Summit in Barcelona, Spain, for his innovative approach to addressing social challenges.
