Jeremiah Bailey

Motto:We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.
Jeremiah Bailey is a renowned environmental scientist and author of three critically acclaimed books, including "Roots of Resilience: Nature’s Blueprint for Sustainable Communities" and "Chasing the Horizon: Adventures in Environmental Conservation." Jeremiah's passion for nature and sustainability has taken him from the dense rainforests of Costa Rica to the bustling streets of Berlin, where he now resides. His articles and essays have graced the pages of National Geographic, The Guardian, The Atlantic, and Wired, among others.
In 2023, Jeremiah embarked on an ambitious project to establish urban gardens across Berlin, aiming to create green spaces that not only beautify the city but also serve as educational hubs for sustainable living. This initiative, which has since garnered support from local government and community leaders alike, was born out of his desire to bridge the gap between urban development and environmental stewardship.
Previously serving as the director of the European Association of Science Journalists, Jeremiah has been instrumental in promoting science communication and fostering dialogue between scientists and the public. He continues to inspire audiences worldwide through his dynamic keynote speeches and workshops, advocating for a future where humans live harmoniously with nature.
