Jeremiah Fernandez

Motto:Little strokes fell great oaks.
Jeremiah Fernandez, a licensed clinical psychologist and men's health advocate, has dedicated his career to supporting men in their 40s as they navigate the challenges of midlife. Based in San Francisco, California, Jeremiah runs a unique community workshop called "Empower Midlife," which focuses on helping successful men balance their professional ambitions with personal well-being during this transformative period.
Fernandez is the author of two critically acclaimed books: "Pause, Dad, Pause: Quick Mindfulness for Busy Fathers" and "Find Your Rhythm: A Guide to Mindful Living for Men on the Go." His insights have been highlighted in Men's Health, The Wall Street Journal, and TED Talks, among other prestigious platforms. With over two decades of experience, he enjoys leading by example, making time for outdoor adventures, and remains endlessly curious about the factors that influence human behavior and happiness.
In 2023, Jeremiah decided to take his work a step further by organizing an annual retreat in the picturesque mountains of Big Bear, California. This retreat offers a serene escape from the daily grind, allowing participants to reconnect with nature, reflect on their lives, and develop practical strategies for maintaining mental and physical health. Participants leave the retreat feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and equipped with tools to lead a more balanced life.
Jeremiah believes that midlife should be a time of growth and exploration, not just survival. He is passionate about empowering men to embrace this phase of life with confidence and grace, encouraging them to prioritize self-care without compromising their goals and dreams.
