Jillian

Motto:The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.
Jillian Marquez, Ph.D., is a psychologist based in the heart of Seattle, renowned for pioneering the Mindful Living Program (MLP), and the author of the critically acclaimed book Embrace Tomorrow with Peace. Having served as the lead coordinator of Community Mental Health Initiatives in San Francisco, CA, and later as the head of Wellness Programs at the University of Washington Medical Center, she has amassed over two decades of experience in guiding individuals to manage anxiety and cultivate mental resilience.
Jillian graduated with honors in psychology from Stanford University, earned her doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, and finalized her postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University. Her journey through these prestigious institutions has equipped her with profound insights into fostering emotional health and promoting a balanced lifestyle. Now, she dedicates herself to helping people across diverse communities thrive in their everyday lives, using strategies that are both innovative and deeply rooted in psychological science.
On a sunny Tuesday morning in March 2023, Jillian opened the doors of her new wellness center in downtown Seattle, welcoming visitors who were eager to explore the pathways to inner peace and personal growth. With her warm smile and inviting demeanor, she set the stage for what would become a transformative experience for many seeking guidance on living mindfully and embracing each moment with grace.
